Read moreWas staying in this hotel for 16 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff cannot be commented on highly, they bend over backwards to help and are always on hand when you need them. I would also like to to point out one person in particular, although I didn't get her name but it was one of the girls on the reception desk of which can only describe her of philipino decent and short(sorry for this description). Also the hotel offers a very discounted and enjoyable room service menu which was pleasant. Location is superb with a large mall within a 5 minute walk and many eateries on your doorstep, also a very well stocked shop less than 30 seconds from the door of the hotel.||||If I had to put a negative point(and this is would be being extremely extremely picky). A little more could be done with the pool, although it's on the roof and space is limited it seems a bit small and not much swimming can be done.||||Don't read the negative reviews on this hotel as I can tell you these are from people who are just looking for the bad points just to get some form of reward back or are just staying 1...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. I previously booked a room over the phone without any issues, which is why I chose to do so again. I clearly stated that I would arrive within half an hour, but upon my arrival late at night, I was informed by two employees that there was no record of my booking and that no rooms were available.
This lack of professionalism is disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the long journey I undertook to reach your hotel. Proper communication and record-keeping are essential in the hospitality industry, and my recent experience did not meet those standards.
