I’m reviewing it again after some time just to explain about changes made in the meantime.
So first thing first, hostesses in a front are a bit inexperienced. We came at regular day diner time and they told us it’s 40min waiting list.(as what they usually do) Actually was 1h for outdoor and 40min for inside seats. Basically we just wanted to eat and leave. So we ask to order for take away and they let us in to order. We went inside and literally 95% of seats were free. So we asked waiters inside can we sit and eat and they said yes of course. The Lithuanian lady had us sorted, so our experience started badly and I don’t see reason why should I wait 40min when there is 95% free tables. However..
Next thing is that our waiter arrived, introduced himself, and told us that he will be serving us tonight, and was very nice guy. But we never seen him afterwards. Weird.
Second thing is that they don’t serve Pistachio Tiramisu anymore. I use to come from Riyadh JUST TO GET PISTACHIO TIRAMISU. I was so disappointed of not having that one this time.
On the other side, we ended up having same food as always and the food here is always good. Seafood Risotto is one of the best you can find and pizzas 🍕 are very fresh and delicious. But please don’t serve baked potatoes on the pizza, that’s not Italian :)
So from rating 5 stars last 2 times, this year I will be giving it 3 due to all experience we had.
Long story short, due to being big fan of Fatto over 4 years, we will give it another try again when we come, and decide should we be...
Read moreMy experience at Fatto Restaurant in Bahrain was a mix of highs and lows,
starting with the atmosphere, which was genuinely inviting. We were welcomed with a cozy ambiance that set a perfect tone for our dining experience. The complimentary flat bread, baked in a stone oven, was a delightful start – warm, crusty, and full of flavor.
Moving on to the food, the kale salad was executed perfectly, though I would recommend asking for extra seasoning sauce to enhance its flavors further. The highlight for me was the Bolognese spaghetti, which was truly exceptional. The rich sauce and generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese elevated every bite to a new level of indulgence.
However, not all dishes lived up to expectations. The beef sliders, unfortunately, fell short. The patty was dry and overcooked, lacking the juiciness and flavor one would expect. Even the mushroom accompaniment shared the same fate, contributing to an overall disappointing experience with this dish. Additionally, the fries were undercooked, detracting from what could have been a satisfying side.
In conclusion, while Fatto excels in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering standout dishes like their Bolognese spaghetti, there are areas for improvement, particularly concerning consistency in the execution of their dishes. I hope they address these issues to ensure every aspect of their menu matches the inviting ambiance they have...

Fatto Bahrain is situated in The Boulevard, A'ali shopping complex. Eye catching design right from the entrance to the seating with welcoming staff.
The restaurant has great attention to detail, you can tell alot of thought and love was put into designing the restaurant. Beauty exemplified!
Going through the menu for the first time can be tough unless you've some knowledge in the Italian vocabulary. However, the staff are very welcoming and will answer all your questions, even suggest some great dishes!
Order included the following:- Pepperoni pizza with crispy chips Mashed potatoes Capricciosa pizza Pomegranate/Orange juices
Firstly, I want to point out that the Pepperoni pizza was the best I've ever tasted in Bahrain, the crispy chips on top added a nice little crunch to it. The mashed potatoes were perfectly cooked, delicious. The vegeterian pizza was abit weird at first as I rarely opt from this side of the menu, but as I had more slices the taste started developing and it instantly became my favorite item of that night.
If you're looking for a great Italian food experience in Bahrain then do check Fatto out. Take my word, you will NOT be disappointed. This could arguably be one of the top Italian food restaurants on the Island.
P.S.- Pics enclosed for your viewing pleasure and ultimate drive towards the restaurant after...
