My stay at Galaxy Resort was extremely disappointing. There was no air conditioning, which made the room unbearably hot. The room was not cleaned properly, and basic amenities like shampoo and a toothbrush were missing. To make matters worse, the TV was not working, and there was no attempt to fix it. The location was also inconvenient for tourists. Additionally, the lift stops working after 12 am, which is highly inconvenient, especially for guests on higher floors. Overall, it was a terrible experience for the price I paid, and I would not recommend...
