Hotel Bay Wonders — Hotel in Chattogram Division

To start off, the staff was awesome. The hotel...I realize that not all rooms were created equal and we were there during a vacation week, so they were possibly full. We were put in somebody's personal room and it was pretty disgusting. Sheets were dirty, walls were dirty, cockroaches in the bathroom. The shower spewed black water. There was construction out front so you couldn't drive to the front door. I'm guessing the construction may have caused the water issues, but the shower was unusable. There hallways and stairwells also seemed to be open storage for the hotel. Our friends who had regular (not somebody's personal) rooms seemed to have cleaner rooms. One of them also had black water, but another one didn't have any issues and we were able to use theirs. I'm hoping we just caught it at a bad time, and as mentioned, the poor staff were so kind and apologetic and they were awesome, but we only stayed one night b/c of the issues. It is close/easy access...

1,500tk per night is not justify with this price. But, No breakfast, No hospitality, No room Service, No sun light in the room, AC is not working, No tawle or anything. Very poor service but price is ⬆️

Rats and cockroaches inside the room Can't see but you can hair their sounds at the middle of the night. They called AC room but Ac is not working and Toilet flash is not working in my room. The parking underground filling with the dirty water your shoes must wear when you go their.

Worst hotel. They just ruined my happiness. They weren’t friendly. They had no any headache for the tourists. Worst service. You will get AC, but only as a doll. You will get TV, but the line isn’t ok or clear. You will get WiFi, but no any signal. You can't get anything if you don’t ask for. You will get water drop from the ceiling of the toilet. Seriously No cleaning schedule, no soap for shower and toilet, no spray for mosquitoes. Even no facial and toilet papers. I managed all those things though demanded twice. Don't ruin your enjoyable...
