Hotel Sea Moon — Hotel in Chattogram Division

Room: Well decorated. Simple but gorgeous, classic decoration. AC works good. No odor or unusual smell. Have automatic lock system. Room is Clean. But need to clean more in different furniture in room such as telephone set, Almirah etc. Room is not enough sound proved.

Have Android Tv. YouTube and also Netflix.

Washroom is very clean. Good washroom kits and fittings. Have geyser but do problem some times. Overall Good. I attached some photos of room and sea views from room.

Security is good.

They offer welcome drinks. They provide complementary buffet breakfast. Items are chicken biriyani/Chicken kashmiri khichuri, Pasta/Noodles, Parata, Mixed vegetables, Chicken bhuna Dal, Shuji Halua, Bread, butter/Gelly, Shemai, Boiled egg, juice, fresh fruits, tea etc. Food items, quality is good as per budget. Overall good.

They have a mini Swimming Pool. But water quality is not good always. If you try it morning it will little bit good. Have no temperature control system. But remind about the cost of hotel. I think it’s enough to have a pool in this budget. But water quality is a important factor.

Their service is too much good. Everyone too much friendly, professional and too much gentle.

Location: Near Kolatoli Beach. Behind the sea Crown Hotel. Need 3-4 minutes to go to beach. Location is good.

PERFECT, the best place for you to spend your whole vacation. I assure you will never regret choosing this place. I stayed 3 nights and I had amazing, calm and very peaceful experience. Honestly I spent my 1st night in some other pathetic Hotel, so I switched to this place next day, I made a right choice. From the time you get into counter to room, then to check out, everything is so perfect . Their service is the top notch class. If u are still alive, u shall come and enjoy the comfort here. The price is affordable, you’ll love their welcome drinks, staff services, room services , the rooms are so clean and well organized, they would provide house keeper and staffs to clean and empty your waste everyday. If u need any extra stuffs, u just needed to call them and they get u in short time. You’ll be well informed with their services, provide you every informations in a card to be reminded ourselves and they explain themselves as well. Liked everything about the hotel and I wish to visit the same place if I ever go there again. One thing they also provide you free swimming pool.

And one feedback could be, what if swimming pool has schedules room wise and clean it timely. Because I saw elders taking bath inside pool with soap and shampoo right after coming from the beach making pool sandy and muddy. Seems like it gonna improve anyway. Thank u for the service. One of the worst hotel I've stayed in all of Cox's Bazar. -The rooms were claustrophobic even though I booked a deluxe room! -The bed were so damn uncomfortable, like hospital beds. -The AC in the room was bloody non-functioning at best -The swimming pool was literally covered in human spit and moss. -The staff were acting very weird and authoritative as though we are staying there for free.

Moreover, when we were bringing one of our friend who lived in another hotel to our room, they literally stopped us saying third person cannot enter the room. We said our third friend would chat and leave but yet the staff harassed us to the point our friend had to leave for his hotel. Trust me, I've stayed in Radisson and other 5 star hotel and no one stopped us like this.

Me and my friend initially decided to stay there for two nights but due to the extreme poor service and staff misdemeanor, we had to cut the day short and book elsewhere, which was more budget-friendly and good.

The only point I'd give this hotel is that it's near the beach, which is not much of a point since there are dozens of hotel near Kolatoli.

Overall, I'd say this hotel is a hype cause it's new. It's a total waste of money. Try other budget friendly hotels but stay away from this 1 star...
