Hotel room is big, tidy which is a basic requirement of an expensive hotel. The restaurants in the hotel are all expensive, and I don't think it is really worth to pay. The breakfast is not good enough, some food are even cold and not warm. The WiFi in the room is terrible, very slow and always disconnect. The Gym in the hotel "looks" good but the facility are really dirty, it seem nobody clean the facility, I feel full of oil/waxy on the handle.few years ago myself attend a iftar party.lt's also arrange a buffet dinner program.lftar item menu and cooked good but dinner item too much bad.l see specially fish is totally spoiled.I can't just belief it because lords in is a well know hotel.l am eating rice others item.After take dinner I take tea.Oh my god I see its tea or water. Really disappointed to lord's in service. Hopefully the management take this issue seriously and action to necessary step to avoid this...
