Read moreVery bad experience! We couldn't find any room available when we were planning our trip. Googled a lot of hotels and eventually found this one. The photos online painted an okay picture of the hotel, but oh boy we were so wrong! Initially we booked a 2-bed room for 2 people as nothing else was available. But when we got there, got to learn about an available couple bedroom. So we changed our previous room to the new one. We were told to come back during check-in hours but had to wait almost an extra hour as the rooms were not ready yet. The staircase/ landing to the room were always dirty, during our stay. Called about it, the staff didn't pay any attention. The room itself was pretty small which was okay for 2 person but everything was so poorly managed including the furnitures, bathroom stuff etc. There were stains all over the bedsheet. The balcony served no purpose as it was facing the rear end of another building (this was never mentioned, when we asked if the room comes with a balcony). Everything was kind of dirty and dusty. There were no toilet tissue in the bathroom, when called the staff about it, again no response. We ultimately left the hotel one day early, because of all this and the rude attitude of one of the receptionists. When we wanted to talk to this guy (he was stationed during the night shift) about the complaints we had, he completely ignored us and kept talking on the phone. So yeah, very disappointed...
Read moreI booked single room for two nights, but because they were full, they arranged me in a two-bedroom room which is suitable for families i think. It's a very professionally run hotel with spacious and well-lit rooms. The room was equipped with a kettle, coffee, and tea etc. I noticed thorough cleaning by dedicated staffs, which is trustworthy, but the first room I was assigned had some red droplet stains on the floor that hadn't been cleaned. I assumed It was a mistake, and they quickly sent someone to clean it. The ground floor has a restaurant, and the included breakfast is very friendly. It's best to go early to avoid the crowds; as a foreigner, it's hard to compete with locals, which got me annoyed, but the restaurant staff were very considerate and helped me get food and even allowed me to take it back to my room - very much appreciated. The food prices are also reasonable, so I recommend dining at the hotel. I stayed at another hotel for one night due to lack of availability here, and compared to other hotels in the same price range nearby, this one is much better. It's a great choice considering the overall price and reviews. I can't speak for the single room setup, but the bedding and decor should be consistent. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi here is unstable, and I had to rely on mobile data, which isn't...
