Needs Bay Watch — Hotel in Chattogram Division

THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE FOR THEIR MONEY AND THIER TRIP. THIS IS MORE LIKE RUN DOWN MOTEL NOT A HOTEL! I GIVE IS A .5 STAR OUT OF FIVE! DON’T EVER STAY HERE IT WILL MAKE NOT WANT TO COME BACK TO VIST . THERE ARE 10x BETTER HOTELS HERE FOR THE SAME PRICE ! Worst hotel in cox’s bazaar area you can possible stay . First they double booked 1 of the 3 rooms I booked . And gave me a smaller different room ,then I went inside my rooms smelled really bad ! , the BED sheets and comforter we strained all over and they were arguing with me that it was chemicals and that’s why there is a smell , the beds are not even really a beds , they just put a cover over a bad box with out any mattress or a top Matt to sleep on . They gave me a towel that was ripped and dirty like it has been used 100’s of times ,When I showed them all they said is sorry sir . Did not even offer me another clean towel. Bathrooms don’t...

This is a family hotel. U get 2 rooms in a price of 1 here. Decoration is standard. U can cook too. So when u r visiting Cox's bazar with more than 4 person this could be ur choice. Close to Kolatoli beach, thus u can get the beach within 200 yards. They have a restaurant at ground floor, food is average. The staff are not that much professional, but ok. Best part about this place. They have studio apartments for groups of 4-5 people and they serve standard quality buffet breakfast of 8-10 items. They do not have swimming pool. Its better to book rooms in advance to check if the basic amenities like ac, water, sanitation are working so that you dont face last-minute problems, which are usually the case for 1 star...
