This hotel was a huge disappointment!!!
Without any checks, they rent to unmarried couples! Even a boyfriend and girlfriend rented the room next to us!!!
Despite being advertised as a budget-friendly option, the prices were actually quite high for the level of service provided. The room was dirty and outdated, and the bedding was uncomfortable. Found bedbug and cockroach in the room and toilet. As well the pillow was very dirty and spreading bad smell. Requested to change it, but they refused! Despite their claims, their TV did not have internet access. Time spent with us was completely dull. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was uninviting.
The staffs were unhelpful and unprofessional. They misbehaved with us. They disturbed us each time on room service by asking for tips. I complained it to the reception and they didn't care of!
Now come to their 'complimentary breakfast,' as they claim. Two pieces of bread and a small amount of butter were provided. requested an additional slice of bread. They did not give it to me. Instead, they gave me us egg pouches and parata. For two of us they gave two paratas and two egg poaches which was not well cooked! They charged us 400 BDT (4 USD) after breakfast! They claimed that I had already consumed my complimentary breakfast and parata was extra that's why they charged us. It doesn't makes sense!
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to look for alternative accommodations. The hotel is overpriced and not worth the cost. Additionally, boyfriend and girlfriend engage in illicit...
Read moreUpsides: (1) The location is excellent (just 10 minutes drive from the airport and the railway station). (2) The place is very nice and clean, and we didn't have to worry about our security. Also, you'll find almost everything you need for a night stay readily available. (3) The staff members are professional, courteous, and available for most of the time. (4) I booked through an online traveling website and received a 40% discount on the cost. (5) Checking in and out was a breeze. They accept cash, mobile money, and cards.
Downsides: (1) We had troubles trouble finding the hotel: there wasn't any sign or anything in front of the hotel, which we found very awkward (2) The restaurant was understaffed. We ordered for some biryani and had to wait for nearly an hour to get them. Also, when I dropped by the restaurant on my way upstairs, I saw only one person working there, who was clearly struggling to meet everyone's demand. (3) We had issues with mosquitoes, and while they immediately sent a staff member to take care of it, his service wasn't of the best quality.
Overall, we've liked it, and we look forward to boarding there again some time...
Read moreThey offered me a tiny room for three people. However I had to pay the full amount for 3 people. There were no phone in the room to contact with the reception or the restaurant. I asked them to give me an extra bottle of water (they gave us two of 0.5L) as we were three in number but the guy in the reception told me that it was a room for two people so they won't give us more. Rather they showed me the way to restaurant to find one. No tea or coffee in the room.
Positive side was the toilet I should mention. It was well...
