Overpriced and horrible food at their Uttara location. The tables and floors were unclean. We ordered California rolls. The rolls were made from stale ingredients and did not look or taste like California roll at all. They served mojito in plastic cups (the kind used for Frappuccino), no glasses! The photos used in the menu were totally misleading!

Their mojito did not taste like mojito at all. The Thai soup was so-so and the fruit/vegetable salad looked like another bowl of soup - the ingredients were literally floating in a white liquid. On top of all this, they charged us for a bottle of water which we did not order. On my way out, when I checked the bill and saw that they charged me for water, I went inside and told them that I had not ordered any water. They quickly returned me the money. However, it seemed to me from the waiters’ facial expressions that they perhaps do it on a regular basis - many or most people do not double-check their bill. It is a busy café and if they charge 100 customers for a bottle of water every day, it is tk. 1,900 easy money per day. A business, small or big, should not charge a client for a product or service that they did not give. The monetary amount does not matter - it could have been just one taka - what matters here is the café’s violation of business ethics.
