Grand Emarah Hotel and Restaurant — Hotel in Sylhet Division

I overall had a wonderful experience here. Their room had a nice view despite being in the city. The environment here is calm, green; away from the chaos of city life, yet not distant to the city. All the well known restaurants and tourist spots are in a convenient location from here.

However, 2 things that I would like to mention. My partner and I started sneezing after spending a few hours in the room because we both are allergic to dust (even though the room looked clean). Once we told them about it, they cleaned again and the problem was solved. It took us some time to taste their tasty breakfast; we received food at our table after 20 minutes (+/-) we ordered. It would be great if they included juice in the breakfast menu.

My stay at Hotel Grand Emarah in Sylhet was simply delightful and i had an excellent experience.The room itself was beautifully furnished, air-conditioned, and spacious making my stay very comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. The fresh, quiet environment of the hotel made it an ideal place to relax. The moment I entered my room, it was raining outside, and the view from the large window was absolutely breathtaking. The sight of raindrops falling gently on the lush green trees, with the misty sky in the background, created such a peaceful and dreamy atmosphere.

Room 2.5 out of 5 as the view was great nd the room quality wasn't up to the mark.There was cockroaches in the room nd bathroom. Bed was hard after long tiring day we could even sleep properly. Only good thing is the Manager.He is professional nd know how to provide services. Other staffs need to train more. Ac nd fridge was not working properly. At 1st which room was provided Ac wasn't working .Then the manager gave us another room. In that room the fridge wasn't working properly. They didn't provide water for the 2nd day! Service was too bad!
