Grand Colony Island Villas — Hotel in San Pedro Town

Absolutely beautiful! Our room was perfect. The place is very clean, the staff are extremely accommodating and the ocean views are stunning. The sunrise by the water is a must! The staff knew we were celebrating our 25th anniversary and they surprised us with a lovely "Happy Anniversary" in flower petals. Be aware they are building a new complex right next door, so you do hear them working. It didn't bother us at all but something to be aware of. The other thing is the seagrass. They do an excellent job of keeping the beach clean but again, it's there and sometimes it stinks. Do go snorkeling, eat at Pier 366, Elvies, The Baker and go to The Living Word Church. I spent a few days here for a girls trip to celebrate my birthday. I enjoyed it so much that I stayed an extra day, which I was so grateful that they could accommodate us. The villa was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We were located near the front of the property and near the pool which was great! We stayed at the Grand Colony in Dec 2018. It was the accommodation provided to us when they had overbooked our original booking at Banyan Bay . We were skeptical - but what a wonderful experience! The room - apartment! - was stunningly luxurious and our balcony had an open view of the sea.
