Sea Salt Restaurant is a fantastic dining experience that deserves four stars! From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of the evening.

The menu at Sea Salt Restaurant is a seafood lover's dream come true. The wide variety of fresh and flavorful dishes is truly impressive. From perfectly grilled salmon to succulent lobster, every bite is a delight. The chefs at Sea Salt have a true passion for their craft and it shows in the quality of the ingredients and the skillful preparation of each dish.

The service at Sea Salt is attentive and friendly. The waitstaff is knowledgeable and always willing to offer recommendations. They make sure that every diner feels welcomed and taken care of throughout their dining experience.

The ambiance of Sea Salt Restaurant is both elegant and comfortable. The tasteful decor adds to the overall dining experience, creating a cozy and enjoyable atmosphere. It's a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy a meal with friends and family.

While Sea Salt Restaurant is a wonderful place to dine, there were a few minor areas where it fell just short of five stars. The wait times for a table can be a bit long, especially during peak hours. Additionally, some dishes could benefit from a touch more seasoning or creativity in flavor profiles.

However, these minor shortcomings do not overshadow the overall excellence of Sea Salt Restaurant. It is a hidden gem that offers an exceptional seafood dining experience. I highly recommend giving it a try and enjoying the delicious food, friendly service, and inviting ambiance. Four stars...

This was an amazing experience. We weren’t staying at the resort, so it was a bit of a trek to get there, but absolutely worth it.

Our server, Maria, made the experience extra special with her careful attention to detail and ensuring we have the food at the right time. Really thankful to her for making this a memorable visit.

The food is excellent. The freshly baked bread, the small samples to get things rolling, and the appetizers set us off to a great start. For our mains, we had the shrimp risotto and a steak. Both were done just right. The serving is generous. In hindsight, even the risotto was sufficient for two. The reddish sauce on the ceviche, and the burnt leak oil in the soup were unique and delicious touches. Really loved it. For dessert, we had the molten lava cake and a creme Berlee. Yummy.

The flavors are amazing. But it’s the service that takes the cake. Even the manager came to check on us, and made sure we had a great experience.

A must stop. You should go. I’d suggest to make...

We dined here while we were staying at the Alaia. Our server was terrible. He rarely came by to check on us, and our food took over an hour to come. We came in at the same time as another group that was much larger. They had a different server and left before we even got our food. The table next to us ordered 20-30 minutes after we did and got their food before us. When we asked the server what was taking so long, he said there was a large group outside, which there wasn’t. When we finally got our food, it was cold. One person ordered scallops and they were cold and not even cooked. We ended up talking to the manager who was very nice and he took off the scallops and salmon, but the bill was...

We have been in Belize for 4 days and this has been one of the best restaurant experiences. We had breakfast. They had vegetarian options which was great for me because I don’t eat meat. They had plenty of meat on the menu. The greeter was friendly and up beat. However , the original waiter wasnot very cheerful but not rude or anything just at work. I don’t think that she meant any harm so we still gave her a nice tip. Overall I loved the whole experience and I would gladly go back.
