Guest Rooms Filipopol — Hotel in Plovdiv

I will cut a long story short but i just want to warn you about the owner of the hostel. Dont trust them and make sure that you rent your room via booking.com. We stayed there for two nights and our first night was ok but the next day (we just pay we dont use booking) early in the morning there is an old lady who doesnt understand anything started knocking our door for check out. It was very rude and annoying. She ruined our morning and we have to go out early with wet hair and its pretty cold...

😢: Generalmente cerco di soprassedere sulle disavventure negli ostelli, ed evitare recensioni negative. Purtroppo in questo caso non posso non segnalare la brutta esperienza in questa guest house. Detto che la posizione è molto buona, che di per se la struttura non è male, ma conforme alla qualità per la sua fascia di prezzo, che il proprietario è stato molto cortese è ci ha restituito l'importo della notte di cui non abbiamo usufruito, sono obbligato però a segnalare l'enorme presenza di bed bugs nella nostra stanza e nello specifico nei nostri letti. Non è un infestazione recente, si tratta di una situazione molto grave che deve essere risolta quanto prima. La notte è stata un incubo e ancora oggi ne stiamo pagando le conseguenze. Abbiamo decine di bolle dovute ai pizzichi di questo fastidiosi insetti sui nostri corpi e nel mio caso vista la seria reazione allergica in cui sono incorso ho dovuto consultare un medico. Scrivo la recensione per evitare ad altri viaggiatori di incorrere nello stesso problema.
