Grand Vitosha Downtown Apartments — Hotel in Sofia City

We booked a three bedroom, two and a half bath apartment for five of us. It was very spacious. Everything was new and modern. It was fully equipped. It is centrally located just two short blocks off Vitosha Street. As we drove down the street it was located on, we were a little concerned as most of the other buildings were much older and a little run down. היינו שתי משפחות בדירת אריזונה ודירת קזבלנקה. מיקום מעולה 2 דק הליכה מויטושה. אזור שקט,דירות מאובזרות,מרווחות ,נעימות ונקיות. אבל מה שווה כל זה כשאי אפשר לישון בלילה... המזרונים היו קטסטרופה, לא מחזיקים את הגוף . בשתי הדירות! פשוט מרגישים את הקרש למטה. בפניה לשירות, אמרו לנו שאף אחד לא התלונן קודם ולכן לא מבינים מה הבעיה ...🤔 והציעו לשים פילוטופ. למרות שהסברנו שלא יעזור ( ובאמת לא עזר) לא עניין אותם. מבחינתם התלונה שלנו היתה מוזרה. בנוסף, למרות הפרסום בבוקינג שכל החדרים ממוזגים, חדרי השינה של הילדים לא ממוזגים וכשאתם שם בגל חום זה לא פשוט. יצאנו אחרי 3 לילות עם כאבים בגב ובלי...

El personal se mostró extremadamente amable y comprometido en resolver la situación. Hicieron todo lo posible por hacérnoslo llegar a tiempo, lo cual agradecemos enormemente. La ubicación del lugar es inmejorable, cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos.
