I have visited Siem Reap nearly 30 times over the last 15 years, and this was my first time to stay at JK RESIDENT HOTEL 🏨. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. All of the staff were so friendly welcoming and genuinely helpful. Dana was welcoming and friendly when I arrived to check in before their scheduled check-in time, but my room was ready. It was very spacious and comfortable with air-conditioning and bathroom amenities provided. Jasmine was so friendly and welcoming when she started working in the afternoon, and gave me great advice on surrounding facilities. I asked at reception quite late in the evening where I could purchase some fresh milk, and Lisa was extremely kind by offering to run to purchase it for me. Kosal was very helpful and provided excellent service in the rooftop bar and in the coffee shop. I enquired about purchasing artificial sweeteners, and he generously offered to get me to, and he delivered it to me in my room. Panha was friendly and welcoming in the coffee shop bar, just as I found all of the staff. I stayed for 3 weeks, and it will be the first place I make enquires for my accommodation for my next visit. If I could give 10 stars 🌟 I...
Read moreVery nice hotel, comfortable, and within walking distance to most places in Siem Reap. Great breakfast every morning, a/c works extremely well, everything is clean, and the rooms are spacious. Having an elevator is a big plus, too! They also have a tuk tuk driver at the ready for wherever you need to go. The front desk is very good advising about tours. The staff is incredibly welcoming and kind. Everyone shares smiles and greetings as if you are a friend. Nak at the front desk is always ready to help with anything and Pinha and Kosiol at the restaurant/bar are very attentive, kind, and friendly! They've even taught me some Khmer words! Highly recommend this hotel. It's a great value for the price and incredibly welcoming. I will be back for sure next time I'm...

The food was good, including egg station and selection of fruits and juices. One comment, children were up on the deck late i n the evening, not eating, but playing on phones and video games, taking up chairs that adults could use while enjoying a night cap. There was also a room full of children above us jumping on beds both nights after 9pm. I called front desk and they took care of the situation. We enjoyed a swim at the pool each day, small put perfect size for a dip and some laps. We also utilized massages, both were great. The rooms were clean with good air-conditioning and...
