This is the first time I’m commenting on Google but, My husband and I travel full-time so sometimes it’s nice to have some western food every once in a while. When we arrived, the staff gave us the sweetest greeting and they were amazing the entire time.

We ordered the mango and passionfruit smoothie, the caesar salad, mozza sticks and both got the ribs and wings combo. They were having a special and since we spent more than $12 each, we each got a free dessert (the cookies and cheesecake - both were amazing!). This place is the real deal! The food tastes authentically American and not like someone trying to make American food (we aren’t Americans but visited the U.S A LOT as kids and adults - we are from The Bahamas).

With that being said, the flavors are amazing even to us Caribbean folk who love well-prepared and seasoned food. The mozza sticks were melted the whole time (which is rare!) and the wings were the best we’ve had in a very long time. The price was great too considering it is Western food ($12.95 for the half rack rib and wings meal with a free dessert). The dinner roll was super soft as well!

The portion sizes are great, we got full pretty quickly (also rare) so we had a lot of food to take home for later! We will...

Was in the mood for some BBQ ribs, this looked like they had some good pictures of some, so I swung bye. Sat down they have nice ambiance, booth like seating with lamp shades above with tree designs in it. Was looking over there beer list, I luv blondes so I went for a fuzzy logic blonde. The description said a floral beer and it was dead on, the after taste is very much so. They run a special on Tuesdays for there chicken wings which I didn’t know until I sat down, I got 10 for 5.50 and a half a rack of ribs. The chicken wings, legs are nice and plump, for every 5 u can pick different sauce, there is a selection of 6 I think. Got sweet bbq and Khmer which is spicy. It was great, the ribs are the star of the show, perfect size and taste throughout and tender. Just be ready to have sauce all over your fingers 😁 Credit...

A remarkably good American-style BBQ and grill. They BBQ chicken sandwich is incredibly juicy and flavorful. The Bonfire Bowl is a great super-health option as well, packed with quinoa and veggies. I do like the roasted root vegetables, but the coleslaw is pretty great too. I’d like to come back and try the steak and some other sides soon. Overall, a very solid meat-forward dinner spot in Siem Reap.

I should note how incredible the staff is here. They’re always very welcoming and friendly. Some of the servers have unexpectedly great memories too. One of them remembered my order from 4-5 days prior.

Update: Returned tonight for a quarter chicken with baked beans. It was very tasty. The chicken was tender and juicy, the beans were smokey and saucey. This is undoubtedly one of Siem Reap’s top-tier Western...

Bonfire Grill was an enormous disappointment, and I’m genuinely baffled by the positive reviews this place has received in the past. The shriveled chicken and ribs on my plate were shockingly subpar, and the chocolate chip cookies lacked any gooeyness—they were dry and lifeless. At nearly $20 for a plate like this, it felt like highway robbery. The chicken was so bad I wouldn’t even serve it to my dog. The ribs were inedible, the potato skins arrived cold, and the cookies were an outright embarrassment. Customers deserve far better than this. Learn from my mistake and avoid this place. One out of five stars.
