We stayed here for three nights after a two-week roundtrip through Vietnam. The excellent service, food, bars and spa pampering couldn't have come at a better time for us. Even though we were staying right through the 3-day new years celebration, we managed to find a lot of peaceful moments here during our stay.

Our room was incredibly spacious which, considering we had two large suitcases, was a great bonus. It also came with a private garden. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There was also a scented oil burner below the sink emitting a wonderful perfume throughout the room. There were lotus flowers and petals scattered across the room and bed.

We ate breakfast in the hotel on most days, which was included. There were plenty of options, including an egg-station where they can cook to your liking. We also ate a sandwich and burger at the pool during their happy hour, as well as enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop bar. We had dinner a few times at the hotel as well, where there were both local as well as international options on the menu. As a guest, you get discounts on food/beverages in-house.

We also both enjoyed spa packages when there was a rainy day. The scrub, massage and facial I had was so relaxing I literally fell asleep on the table. It was such a welcome treat after a heavy prior two weeks. I appreciate the staff showing up on short notice during new years, as we decided to book the packages on the same morning.

All of the staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. I especially want to give thanks to Frank for always being available and assist with our needs. Plus, as a big bonus, the hotel organized a little birthday cake for my mom's 70th birthday! They brought it to our room the evening we arrived and sang to her. She was so moved by this kind gesture. The cake also tasted wonderfully. I would love to stay here again in the future if I ever come...

We stayed in the Junior Suite with the outdoor tub and shower in October 2023 for 3 nights. Overall our experience was great!

The room was large with a king bed ( slightly firm for American standards ) and big bathroom and outdoor tub and shower and the room beautifully decorated with flowers for our honeymoon. I’d recommend only showering and bathing outside as it is a great experience! A/C worked great and we had no problems with bugs despite the open air concept of the hotel.

The pool was a quick 100 steps away and very nice to enjoy a late night dip in the pool.

Breakfasts were great, some days we ordered from a menu, other days it was a large buffet with fruit, rice, noodles, and other western breakfast foods.

The front desk always had someone there that spoke English fairly well and helped us book experiences and get taxis or tuk tuks. Our only critique with the service was the hotel staff following us into the room and stayed for a few minutes to explain things. Personally it felt like a difference in culture, but we were exhausted from flying and wanted to be alone.

Other than that minor detail everything was fantastic and would recommend. Walking around felt very safe and the walk to restaurants, shops, and pub street was about 10...

Above and Beyond for a Perfect Birthday Surprise! Thanks Sann...

My partner and I just stayed here for a special birthday getaway, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment I booked, I knew I wanted to do something special, so I reached out to the hotel with a request to help me surprise my partner for their birthday.

I am absolutely thrilled to write that the team here did not just meet my expectations—they completely exceeded them. The entire stay was flawless, but a huge part of that was thanks to one incredible staff member: Sann.

From the beginning, Sann was attentive, professional, and so kind. He coordinated with me beforehand to ensure every detail was perfect. When we arrived, the room was beautifully decorated with flower on the bed and we really like it. The surprise was executed perfectly, and my partner was genuinely touched and so happy.

Throughout our stay, Sann checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and offered fantastic recommendations. Their warmth and genuine desire to make our stay enjoyable truly made us feel valued and cared for.

Thank you so much to the entire hotel team, and a special, heartfelt thank you to Sann. You turned a great trip into an unforgettable memory. We will definitely...

I've spent 5 nights here while checking out the temples and everything else siem reap has to offer. Really happy with the accommodations and staff at Lynnaya. The bed is comfy, bathroom is large and most toiletries are supplied, I had a cozy balcony, included breakfast was decent, and most of all the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to greet me and see if I needed anything. Only complaint I could have is that the laundry service is somewhat pricey and per garment but it is full service so that's to be expected. There are cheap laundromats within easy walking distance if you really need to do a load. Pub street and the night market are a less than 10 minute walk and it's easy to get back to given it's river side location. Lots of choices for food on either side of the hotel and grasshopper events is right round the corner if you want to rent a bicycle. Safe area from what I saw as well.
