Be careful they will overcharge you and charge you for damages that are already in the room before you get there. Make sure to take pictures of any damages of the room when you get into the room to note them down because they will try to charge you for things like a dryer that didn't work when you got there for $700. The first day I stayed there I got into a room the TV didn't work The second room I moved to the door went lock I stayed in that room anyways The next night I moved to a room and the fire detector would not stop going off cuz the batteries were dying I got no sleep at all cuz it was by the back door and it wouldn't stop slamming. The manager was supposed to send me some type of email I'm guessing with potential free night or an apology and I never got it when I called I got a discounted rate of 129 when I was told the night before it would be 109. Loft suites beautiful but again take pictures of any damages because they will charge you for damages that have already been occurred before you got there. The following evening we spent another night in the loft and then we had laundry to do the loft was not available so we moved to a suite that had a washer and dryer. When we got there we realized by the morning that the dryer didn't work and we called down to the front desk to let them know that we would need to stay another night because our laundry was not dry and the dryer was missing screws and it was not working. He told us that they had no room for us and they were all fold up and that we would have to leave we were not prepared to leave because we are RSVP members and we're supposed to have a rollover nights. So we had to leave with wet laundry they also don't have cameras in their parking lot so don't leave anything in your vehicle we went Christmas shopping and are not from Edmonton and we had to bring two cart loads of things into the room because there's no cameras in the parking lot. Just made it difficult for us to be out on time then we left at 4:37 instead of charging us for a late checkout they charged us for a whole other night and then tried to charge me $700 for new dryer when all that was missing were screws that was holding the bin to the machine I took pictures I also cut my foot on some glass that was in the kitchen I don't travel with glass so it was obviously already there so that was right when we were leaving the phone wouldn't stop ringing they wouldn't stop bothering us to get out so there was some blood on the tiles of the kitchen while I struggled to find myself a Band-Aid off the cart that was already packed with wet clothing they then took pictures of the blood on the tile and the screws missing from the dryer even though I called down in the morning and told them it didn't work and charged me for a new dryer cut my damage deposit and a whole other night when they told me I couldn't stay there for the night another night they didn't charge me a late checkout fee they charged me $200 for a whole other night but I couldn't stay. There's still charging my card when I left 2 days ago there was a pending authorization that I was supposed to get back $100 deposit on that now they've overcharged me by $500 and they still try to charge my card another $700 last night for a new dryer when my boyfriend looked at it and took pictures all it's missing is three screws because the barrel is not screwed to the unit. How does that imply a new dryer three screws does not cost $700 not to mention taking pictures of blood on a floor that is caused by glass that was left by a cleaner who obviously missed it I took a picture of my foot and a picture of the dryer as well and I sent it to them and there's still charging me I will be taking this farther and I will be taking it up I have never had a worse experience in my life also when we checked in we were told by the person who worked there that the pool was 24 hours and it wasn't so we went down at 2:00 a.m. and our bathing suits to find that there was a sign on the door stating that the pool was only open from like 8:00 a.m....
Read moreI stayed here with my friend, who was recovering from surgery and in a wheelchair, and the way he was treated was absolutely unacceptable.
From the very first night, the experience was terrible. The bathroom floor was dirty, and when my friend requested sandals, instead of helping, they forced him to come all the way to the front desk to pay and even accused him of lying about the deposit—despite clearly seeing he was in a wheelchair.
The so-called “manager” Scott repeatedly woke him up from sleep, treated him like a thief, and seemed to assume that because he looked young, he wasn’t going to pay for anything. Gurpreet at the front desk was consistently rude. On one occasion, after my friend waited 15 minutes outside his own room for a new key, she was just standing there. When he asked why it took so long, her response was that she had “more important things to do.”
The room safe broke down 8 times, including twice at night when no one was available to fix it until the next morning. This caused major problems, especially when my friend couldn’t access his wallet or medication. One time, he noticed the wire was loose, touched it, and the safe completely fell apart. Instead of acknowledging their faulty equipment, the staff tried to kick him out with only 30 minutes’ notice, knowing he was wheelchair-bound and on an extended stay.
When he finally spoke to the GM, Khaled Maaty, he was met with coldness and zero empathy. Khaled admitted the staff had given him a completely different version of events, yet still refused to apologize or provide any real assistance. They later hit him with a confusing 25-page bill, charging him $300 for the safe, even though they never once explained there would be charges for it.
To make matters worse, the GM dismissed his request for compensation when he nearly missed a flight because the broken safe delayed him from accessing his wallet. No apology, no accountability.
The rooms are dirty, the staff lies to management, and management chooses to believe them instead of investigating properly. Room service was slow, taking 10+ minutes, and it was obvious the staff held grudges against guests for no reason.
After spending thousands of dollars here, my friend was treated like absolute garbage. Scott is incompetent, constantly confused, and creates chaos for guests before running to management with lies. Khaled, the GM, is heartless, cold, and unprofessional.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable, and we will never,...

Two-Floor Suites: A Touch of Luxury
During my stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing one of their two-floor suites. The design was nothing short of impressive. Upon entering, I was greeted by soaring ceilings and expansive windows draped with luxurious, floor-to-ceiling curtains that bathed the space in natural light. The suite was adorned with large-scale artwork, adding a sophisticated touch to the ambiance.
The layout was thoughtfully designed, with a spacious living area on the main floor, complete with a comfortable seating arrangement and a work desk. Upstairs, the bedroom area offered a serene retreat, featuring a plush king-sized bed and ample storage space. The open-concept design provided a sense of openness and tranquility.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Convenience at Its Best
For those who prefer the option to dine in, the suite's full kitchen was a highlight. It was equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The kitchen's design was both functional and stylish, making meal preparation a pleasure. The only minor drawback was the absence of a dishwasher, but this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise well-appointed space.
