Use this location all the time, never had an issue. Last time ordering a pizza the pizza came and the toppings were barely on the pizza. Something not normal from a royal pizza . So i called and let the girl know on the phone about my complaint with no issues and she kindly said she would put a credit on my account. Called today to order the same pizza i always do. Ask about the credit on file to only get told i talked to a Ryan who i dont even know and used profanity. I asked about how this is possible when i talked to a girl the last time. Idk if they dont like complaints about being cheap but black listing an individual with made up allegations is ridiculous. I wont be using this location ever again. But thats ok as i said. They have been extremely cheap on toppings and for their motto being a classic style you come to love i have found they have frequently not been living up to reputation.
Update to response: Replying to reviews doesnt change the fact that false notes were placed on my file after making a courteous complaint a week earlier with no issues at the time. To later be falsely accused of something i havent done. How about you waste less time responding to reviews about poor food quality and try actually remedying the situation. I wouldn't waste my time writing the original review or an update if i was belligerent in the first place.
Side note: After going through more reviews, Ryan is the owner and has given more than one customer problems after calling to complain about less than satisfactory service or food. He is clearly the problem at this location and was the individual who put the note on my file without even talking to him. Will never...
Read moreI feel like it's rather difficult to rate a place 5 stars across the board, let alone take the time to rate a place at all, but I had quite possibly one of my best customer service experiences ever here.
I had never been here before and was given a menu for takeout, which the woman at the front desk was very kind and knowledgeable, explaining to me the size of the pizzas and how I could do half donair and half meat lovers. I ordered my medium pizza and had a seat.
A few other gentlemen walked in behind me all ordering takeout food, they were addressed quickly by the woman at the front, once we were all seated we were offered a water or a fountain beverage on the house. It was here where I took a moment to use the restroom and I saw that it was very clean, I was impressed by the size of the building and how well kept it was with very nice TV's. I didn't have to wait much longer, getting my pizza before they said it would be ready was pleasant, but the possible manager telling me he accidentally made me a large instead of a medium is what really put the icing on the cake. That's how you build loyalty in your customers and leave them wanting to return.
To top it off, the pizza was spectacular and fairly priced, I got a delicious tzatziki sauce, which was generously filled to the top, plus some chili flakes on the side.
5 star food, 5 star service, 5 star atmosphere. It's truly a shame this place is hidden behind such a large hotel, never knew it existed, but I will be back. It's refreshing to see a restaurant embody what it truly means to look after the customers in a way you don't see too...
Read moreI have never ordered from or eaten at Royal Pizza before, but was told they were good so we tried it. The order was baked lasagna amongst other items. The delivery driver was quite pleasant. When we took our first bite, it was if someone had dumped a whole salt shaker into the dish, and the noodles weren't cooked. We immediately called to complain and we were turned over to Ryan, I guess the manager. He immediately advised they dont cook with salt, basically calling us liars. When we told him the noodles weren't cooked properly, his answer was "what did we want him to do about it"?? This really disturbed us as we rarely complain but there was NO salvaging the lasagna as it was just too salty. Reluctantly, Ryan advised he would make the next order himself but to send back what ever was left of the original order (the whole thing). Needless to say, the second order was worse than the first other than the noodles were cooked this time, but perhaps "two" salt shakers were used this time. If Royal Pizza actually believes their lasagna is edible with this much salt in it, then so be it. I will not be ordering ANYTHING from them in the future, simply because it is NOT tasty but mostly due to the lack of customer service and care from this Ryan. His attitude certainly needs adjusting or soon he wont have customers to be condescending to. People simply do not like being treated or talked...
