This place is a kids epic adventure! Really good for slightly older kids that can go off on their own a little more. We took our kids for the first time at ages 3 and 5 and they had a ball! Come early and get an early bird price! I believe it’s slightly lower priced until about 10/1030am. And coming first thing gives you the place to yourselves to enjoy. The climbing structures are intense, so many turns and little hidden areas. Hence you can loose a little one in here and not see them for awhile. I liked how it was connected across the top with a path over to the jumping pillow and trampoline area, which you can also access via the stairs. The foam pit and trampoline area is so much fun, my kids spent a majority of their time here. Definitely still need to come up and supervise your kids, but I found most other kids were cautious of little ones and well behaved. The foam blocks also all have covers on them. The kids also enjoyed the arcade zone, which was quite popular with the older kids. Looked like they had a good selection of prizes too. Only saw one game not working. Food wise they have a good selection of deep fried goodness, also some healthy options too. We got the popcorn chicken combo- comes with half popcorn chicken, half fries and a juice box. It was recommended as the best deal. The mozzarella sticks were tasty and came with an interesting tomato Bruschetta kind of sauce. Outside food is not encouraged…. I loved seeing the massage chairs for the adults to enjoy for $1. Plenty of parking out front.

This is our second and last time here. We came for a birthday party which was already quite expensive and they refused to allow our party to choose Diet Coke for one of our pitchers of pop that was included in the party package. We had a few diabetics in our group and so we were not happy that they wouldn’t allow us to at least bring some ourselves. Now, a few years later, we’ve come back, and they STILL do not have diet pop in their fountain pop selections. Their large fountain pops are $3.50 and they want to charge us $4 for a tiny 500 ml bottle (the size of a pop can) of Diet Coke. In 2025 it’s practically discriminatory to do that to those who are diabetic. You’re literally up charging and profiting from people based on their dietary limitation. Super disappointing. We most definitely will not be coming back. UPDATE: we ordered food and the combo if you’re ordering a burger and fries or hot dog and fries, comes with a fountain drink. So I complained that I was being forced to pay more than the combo because I wasn’t able to drink their fountain pop since I’m diabetic and they don’t offer Diet Coke by the fountain. Damon was the supervisor. He said his manager wasn’t here today and initially said he couldn’t do anything about it but when I said that I was literally being forced to pay extra BECAUSE I have a medical condition, he relented and subbed the fountain drink for a bottle of Diet Coke. The owners ABSOLUTELY need to change this.

I don't know if ownership changed or what happened here but the differences between now and when we went in December were alarming. From sizeable safety concerns, to enjoyability and experience. The only reason they're getting 2 stars is how incredible the staff was at dealing with how insanely busy it was and demanding it was. I promise you none of those employees are being paid enough, or given the tools/chance to accomplish what the expectations are of them. There was SO MANY signs they were understaffed, and not just someone called in understaffed. The changes we noticed were all safety related. The new giant crochet thing is awesome, HOWEVER I watched kids be able to push the giant caterpillar into the main part kids can't really see out of. I watched a different set of kids use it basically as a battering ram to hit other kids who were playing peacefully on other sections. It seems as tho there was no concerns for safety in the spacing. A large part of why we've enjoyed this playground in the past is there was enough well placed seating that I could see my kid pretty reasonably from anywhere they played. Not this time. The giant crochet thing is an instant favorite, and in addition to my previous safety concerns in it. The seating was removed for it. And today was PACKED I couldn't find a reasonable place to tell my child I'll be here, find me here. We never expected all video games to be working. But the first game was a bowling game that didn't dispense any balls, just took credits. Then the second game was a ball drop game that somehow also didn't have balls, but it gave 10 tickets. Another game looking at it didn't have any balls, staff did add them back as we were playing other games and the game was a blast! When it was time to claim prizes the computer was broken, and we were told they were going to keep our card with remaining tickets since they couldn't properly debit the tickets from the account. There also had been a staff change while we were there and they didn't check to make sure the adult (me) matched my kid.

I'm truly not sure we'll be back. My kid didn't feel safe, and with the things I saw in not sure that it's set up to be anymore. Ultimately that's my...

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the experience my family and I had at All Stars(Southside Location) during my son's birthday celebration on Friday, May 3rd 2024. As a first-time visitor to your establishment, I had high hopes for a memorable celebration, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. Upon calling on Tuesday, April 30th, to inquire about pricing and policies, I was assured by a gentleman after confirming 3 times that outside cake was allowed. However, upon arrival, we were informed that cake cutting was only permitted in a reserved room, which came with a hefty price tag of $57 for just 30 minutes and we are only 6 in total. 2 adults and 4 kids. This lack of transparency regarding additional costs was deeply frustrating, especially considering it was my son's special day and we were left with no alternative but to pay the unexpected fee.

Furthermore, we were given misinformation regarding the food options. As pure vegetarians, we specifically inquired about the menu and were assured that when you ordered cheese pizza, fries, drinks were included in that. This also I confirmed 2 times, he said yes drinks were free. However, upon placing our order, we were informed by the cashier that drinks were not complimentary, contrary to what we had been told. This inconsistency in information only added to our dissatisfaction and left us feeling misled. To exacerbate matters, when I voiced my concerns to one of your staff members, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of empathy. This attitude only served to compound our frustration and disappointment with the entire experience. As a customer, I believe it is imperative that establishments prioritize clear and accurate communication with patrons, especially during special occasions such as birthdays. The discrepancies in information provided to us not only marred what should have been a joyous celebration but also left a lasting negative impression of All Stars. Transparency and honesty are key pillars of customer service, and regrettably, they were sorely lacking in our experience. Based on this experience, I am not going to return, and don’t recommend All Stars to...

On Feb 16th I purchased a card with 100 tokens so my son could play in the arcade. Cost was $20 plus. We were able to play one round of air hockey before realizing the card was not working on any other games. I approached the desk (food service area) and explained the games were not working or the card was not. They said the would inform someone. We walked back to the arcade just in time to witness all the games shut down and restart. After they rebooted we tried a game again and had the same issue. A message popped up to call the attendant. It was at this time I noticed the balance on the card was still going down even though only one game of air hockey was played. I decided we were better off leaving and approached the desk again and explained the situation. I asked if I could just get my money back as we were going to be leaving. I told them we did play one game of air hockey and said I was fine being charged individually for that. They said no problem and no need to pay. They processed a “refund” and took my tokens card and original receipt. When I got home there was no refund and I was actually charged an additional $3.47. I gave it awhile to allow my bank to process and here we are two weeks later and nothing. I have tried to call and either there’s no answer or whoever answers can’t hear me or I can’t hear them due to the background noise. I have no way of proving anything either as they took my original receipt and I did not get a refund receipt. At this point I’m taking the loss. This is just a warning to others to be mindful and make sure you get/keep your receipts. We have been a few times in the past prior to this, even hosting his Birthday party there, and while my son enjoys the play areas, the entire place needs a massive deep clean! Especially...
