AVOID THIS PLACE, security guard will call police and tow random cars...
Long explanation:
We booked this hotel on Sept 15, 2018 because we were having our wedding across the street, and figured this would be a good place to rest and do make-up for my wife. $156. We asked if we can (1) check in around noon and (2) get our make-up photos taken, and the front desk said yes.
BUT
Then we security told our photographers no pictures allowed. We asked if we can buy a permit, but he refused and told the photographers to VACATE the premise. Disappointed, yes, but we understand and respect private property policies, So we asked photographers to go straight to the wedding hall.
IT DOESN'T END THERE!
The security guard returned after the photographers already left, and told us to move this car. Confused, we checked and it's NOT their car. We explained that it belonged to someone else, so they can tow it, but that's the hotel guest who is going to suffer.
We spoke to the front desk, who said "the security guard is outside of our control" and stayed out of the conversation.
THEN THE GUARD CALLED THE POLICE...
Once again, we explained that's someone else's car, probably legitimately parked there as a hotel guest. You can tow it if you want, but you will probably upset another guest.
Next thing we know, we heard arguments outside, which we could only assume was the actual owner of the vehicle questioning why their car is getting towed...
Overall, extremely unprofessional and irrational security guard. This does not protect the guests or the establishment, but only upsets the customers and hurts the hotel's reputation.
The rooms are clean. It really is just the security guard that ruined it for everyone else who is working hard to make the motel hospitable.

Read more0 stars !I use to be a regular at this place , it was in a perfect location so me and my boyfriend would often come here once a month to get away, but this weekend was my final weekend there I will never step foot in this place again, Val treats younger girls horrible because she assumes they are all escorts either that or she’s racist ( I watched her have 5 normal convos with other guest but the second me and my friend went to get snacks and ask about available rooms she either gave us the cold shoulder or used a rude tone! ! The next thing was check in I’m normally the person who does all the check in details and what not but this time I sent my boyfriend in , just hours after giving me a price and me picking my room on the phone with Val she completely tried to rip us off telling him there was nothing booked, and the room would be more ( typical from her) after getting settled into our room we could hear the ppl in the next room there was screaming and crying and from the sounds of it a female being robbed and clearly in danger I called the front desk only to be told to ignore it they’ll fix it ( this lasted for about 40 minutes) until the lady down the hall from another room yelled she was going to call the cops. Then while laying in bed I jumped up to my boyfriends concern only to find SEVERAL roaches in our bed , this was about 9 in the morning , we went to check out and informed them about the bugs and was told in a very RUDE tone that I must of brought them or it came from out side !...
Read moreI guess you get what you pay for, upon checking in at 5pm, we were told our reservation was cancelled due to an invalid credit card.. I did not receive a email letting me know only a confirmation that we had a room reserved. They could not "find us in the system" until I gave them a confirmation number. The lady at the desk then said well I have a room available and put a card on the counter, confused as she didn't say anything for a long time I asked if we could then get a room and she said sure. Still confused I said ok what is the process? She said fill out the card I put here for you. I then had to ask if I could have the room at the same price as what I had already booked online and paid. I had to pay for the room and the $200 deposit. After getting into our room is when I got the cancelation email. The bathtub was peeling and not even cleaned up of the paint that had peeled, the lamp was damaged, the tv didn't work and the drain and around the tub was moldy. After bringing this to the attention of the lady at the desk she said "they must have painted the bathtub" how did staff not notice the pieces of paint sitting on the side of the tub? No offer to change us rooms just excuses. Only good thing I can say was the bed was comfortable. I will never come back to this hotel, we booked here because it was close to an event we were attending so we could walk.
