These reviews are very dated....this complex is amazing....Rooms are very clean ..most have been renovated.Beds are very comfy. Most have kitchenettes some have dividers to make two room separation.Camp washrooms are spotless cleaned daily. Camp spaces can accommodate tents on soft grasses...rv spots can be grass...gravel or ashvalt. Big unit spots are very clean and most have full.service and drive throughs. Office has grocery.items and ice and will.give you toasters or hair dryers if needed...just ask.Great staff. Lots of shaded areas Mini golf on site.Dogs are allowed ..lots of places to walk them...most people clean up...when they don't these owners clean.it up and say nothing. It makes us dog owners irritated as this could one day lead to No dogs allowed.Bugs was one comment and Sask has a silly bug called Maple bugs and they go where ever they want.Red bugs that are not dirty ...just a crawling pain..just boot them out...we all deal with them..They have a truck stop with Restaurant on No 1 hyway and the food is great. So this complex has what most people want and we have stayed here in all ways mentioned and it's never a let down. It is near the main hyway so some noise can occur on the north side facing that. Check it out...you won't be disappointed. ..low rates too compared to the big places. Just a...
Read moreHad never before stopped in Moose Jaw SK, though have driven across Canada numerous times. This time, however, was in an RV, rather than car. Prairie Oasis has long, pull-thru sites with full services (30/50 amp, water, sewage) on each site, front office with small store, ice and laundry machines is open daily 8am until 9pm. Gaylene was extremely helpful, flipping my laundry and folding t! for me as she knew I was caring for my mother, who has Alzheimer's and difficult to leave her alone. I think the owner lives in apartment above office so someone on site 24/7. There is a restaurant on property (breakfast was okay, prices very reasonable, service (Gina?) was great! They also have motel rooms. There is free mini-golf and a bar-b-q area. Stayed 2 nights going east and 3 nights going west. Great spot and Moose Jaw is really very pretty. Glad we finally...
Read moreI specifically asked when booking a campsite if they had wifi and they said yes. Once booked in wifi didn’t work, so I phoned office. They told me to come to office to connect. Did and it still did not work properly. Went to office to inquire about mini golfing. Charged when course is run down, dirty and obviously not taken care of. Afterwards, I asked about the internet not working and the front desk lady was quite rude and said yes it does work. I told her we had been here a few days and that it hadn’t worked once and she asked what site we were in. I told her in the second row and she said oh yeah well our internet doesn’t work for our campsites??? Then why did she ask me what site I was in?? She rudely walked away from me and I proceeded to tell her that it should not be advertised that they provide wifi then. Won’t be...
