Subway — Restaurant in Moose Jaw

We went to the subway at 9:20 pmand the closing time was 10:00 pm, we had been said by the employees that the grill was already off before 40 minutes pf closing time to cool it off which actually takes only 10-15 minutes to do. We had to request few times to grill our sub We called the store later on to just give a feedback but the next guy was giving me really rude responses as well he was interested in asking me what would you do if you were working in a restaurant. And that is not it though he even asked us we can do whatever we want about this issue and it was not at all a customer service a normal person expects . He was not even sorry about all this matter We had to make him realize that he could have apologized for this. Really bar experiance and would not recommend anyone to visit this...

Went tonight to get supper with a friend and the lady making our subs coughed while preparing them and did not wash her hands or change her gloves. We had to repeat ourselves 3 times for almost everything we said and she was sloppy when adding the toppings, it was a complete mess. When she went to go close the sub she didnt even attempt to keep my toppings on the sandwich, half fell out and she just continued to wrap it up anyways. She didnt put it in a bag when we each paid and was rude when we asked for bags rather than carry our sanwich, chips and drink out to the car. Terrible service, need...

This place offers delivery but doesn't have any drivers..we orderd threw the app ..after we paid 28 $ for a sub and salad and text messages and app said being prepared and would be there at 315 and at 415 we called the restaurant and were told on the phone that they don't deliver ...I said what...you took our money and now you say you don't deliver what kind of a ripoff is this Fraud.and the employee on the phone said yeah sorry man don't know to tell ya can't give your money back have to go through the manager and he's not here....of course ..blantly riped off plus the 10$...
