Volcano Grill House Percé — Restaurant in Percé

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had.

After ordering from the a la carte menu, we sat for at least an hour and a half waiting on the food

We ordered two appetizers and two main meals. The first appetizer arrived within 15 minutes and it was great. As for the second appetizer, I had to remind the waiter of my order after ~40 minutes had passed. It seems they forgot about that order

Once the main course arrived, the waiter realised i had no fork to eat with. He said he would return inside and get one. Five minutes later he comes outside and serves the other clients. I still had no utensil to eat my food.

What an absolutely terrible experience this was! After ordering, it seems like the waiter just completely forgot about us. It took them an hour to bring out our food and we only got it after asking what the delay was.

At one point we asked for cutlery after the food came out and the waiter never got it. I had to get it from the kitchen myself!

When we asked for the bill though, that came very quickly. Oh and the food was absolutely not...

We ended up here since the majority of coffee shops are overcrowded. This is a very spacious restaurant. I ordered the smoked salmon bagel and it was delicious and...
