One of Our Favorite Stays in Chile! From the moment we arrived, it felt more like being welcomed into a family home than checking into a hotel. Sandra and Alonzo are just the sweetest, kindest hosts and you can just feel how much they genuinely care.||We showed up super early in the morning, soaked from the rain and pretty tired. They quickly set us up with early check-in and even served a warm breakfast. After a long night of travel, it honestly felt like a lifesaver.||They go above and beyond in so many little ways. They offer a laundry service (clothes washed, folded, and dropped off at our door - such a blessing when you’re on the road). They also helped us organize a tour for thermal geometica which we can’t recommend enough. They’re also super easy to reach on WhatsApp and always so helpful and a joy to talk to.||Breakfast here is always fresh and delicious, One morning where we had to leave before sunrise for a volcano hike, we thought we’d miss it. Instead, Sandra showed us with a packed breakfast bag and even lit a fire while making coffee at the crack of dawn. We were completely blown away, it was so thoughtful and heartwarming.||Honestly, we fell in love with Pucon mainly because of this family and even decided to stay an extra night despite our tight schedule.
