We stayed at this hotel twice, once before we went to Puerto Natales and on the way back for a night.||||It is a lovely hotel and very cheap compared to a lot of other options in town including hostels.||||The rooms are decorated well and with a modern feel to them however as others on here have said they are very small and we struggled with our big backpacks. The first room we had was 7 and it was slightly bigger than 4 that we had the second time we stayed. I would go for a twin rather than a double to get more space.||||The bathrooms are modern and clean but again very small.||||The family that runs the place are very nice and are available 24 hrs a day - they checked us in when our bus broken down from Ushuaia and we didn't arrive until past midnight!||||The breakfast is nice apart from the instant coffee.||||It is a little out of town up a hill but is only about a 10 min walk and is downhill on the way into town but also there are a lot of cabs around.||||The second time we stayed we just asked them for a room and it was going to cost us a lot more so they allowed us to go on booking.com and book from reception to get a better rate! I got the feeling that the family who run it are managers rather than the owners as they couldn't agree a lower rate in line with booking.com.||||All in all a nice...
Read moreWe stayed 2 times for 1 night at this hotel. Its certainly not a boutique hotel but it is a new and a friendly place. The rooms are very small with a even more cramped bathroom, but the beds are OK and everything is working fine in the bathroom. But if you are a "gringo" of over 1.80M you will have a hard time in this bathroom !!||Breakfast is included but maybe its better for the hotel to skip this service, we think that the Night Porter is putting the food and juce already at 7am on the tables and when we were there the cheese was smelling bad, the juce was warm en the crackers were uneatable. With some simple coffee, that's all you get !! When we complained they brought immmediatly some fresh cheese.||But the staff was very friendly and service minded.||Paying around USD85 per night is just too much for what you are...
Read moreLook to be fair it is a fair craic up the hill, but there is a view of the town and harbour up near the top. Hotel itself is clean, new ( not sure what others are talking about), bathroom is more than acceptable. Yes a bit expensive, but that is the price in these parts. Room is a little small, but the bed is great. And yes there is a place to eat and buy snacks/drinks about 50ms around the corner. Be proactive and look people. Place was very hot at breakfast, but you can open a window if you want. Breakie was actually alittle poor for the cost. More than happy, english was spoken...
