Well what can I say. This place sucked in almost every way. Before we even arrived we had issues. After we paid, the rules showed up in my inbox. Rules??? Why??? This place wants to stress what you do NOT get with your reservation. Of course after you pay for a reservation they are automatically entitled to 10% after 12 hours of booking. Once you get the rules you will owe them money if you wish to cancel. Note the rule do not arrive till after 12 hours... It would be nice if the rules were posted online ahead of booking.||On a positive note they have free parking, if available. However, the instructions clearly state to ring the intercom near the gate. We did so only to find out that the guy that answers will NOT let you in. I am handicapped and this was an huge issue for me.||We rented a superior, it was small!! I mean small. We are from NYC and understand small apartments due to real estate pricing. But this place was small by NYC standards. Almost could not use the shower small. It is also very noisy, did I mention we are from NYC? It seems to be at the end of a runway... Drunks going buy at 4AM. And there is no AC so you have to keep the windows open to stay cool. Next issue, the windows have no screens so get ready for bugs.||The hot water ran out during every one of my showers. THe fridge did not get cold. There were no sharp knives. Lighting is very institutional. ||Some positives, Bed was firm. Water Pressure satisfactory. Maid was friendly, Concierge was helpful. Got our knives sharpened. Showed us how the locked worked. And was a good guy.||Now Valdivia itself, I was last here in 2009. I remember a had a great time. Well now in 2024, The town seems run down. I cannot believe how much bird crap is on top of the fish market. Yes they are still selling fresh fish under a ton of bird poo... Let's just say that I will NOT...

El establecimiento no cumple con las condiciones de reserva. En mi reserva se indicaba que podía hacer el pago con dólares en efectivo y una vez llegado el momento en el que no podía cancelar la reserva, desde la administración se pusieron en contacto conmigo para indicarme que debía hacer el pago por paypal, no aceptándose el pago en efectivo tal y como figuraba en la reserva. Les envié los datos de mi reserva y aun así no tuvieron nada de flexibilidad. Intenté pagar en moneda local pero en ese caso me aplicaban los impuestos tal y como marca la ley (a pesar de su error). Me encontraba fuera de mi país y me fue difícil pedirle a alguien que realizará el pago por paypal. Si me hubieran enviado la información antes lo podría haber gestionado pero esperaron a que ya no tenía posibilidad de cancelación. Fueron gestos muy feos por parte de la administración. Posteriormente me enviaron una guía con una aplicación tediosa para abrir las puertas y no enviaron las claves hasta el último momento antes de la hora del check in. Horrible atención. Todo funciona con el celular y solo autorizan a un huésped para abrir tanto accesos exteriores como los de la habitación. Si hay problemas no hay nadie que atienda y el WhatsApp solo funciona hasta las 19.00hrs de lunes a sábado los domingos no responden. No puedes quedar sin batería en el celular o te quedas fuera, en el edificio no hay nadie que te pueda ayudar. La información que envían es confusa sobre todo de los estacionamientos. Nuevamente nadie responde dudas.

No hay aire acondicionado. Fui un día de calor y el departamento era peor que el exterior. Hacía muchísimo más calor adentro y la ventilación no es buena.

Dicen que puedes renunciar voluntariamente al servicio de limpieza, pero la verdad es que simplemente no pasan por tu habitación si tu estadía es menor a tres días.

Hay que pagar previa transferencia y en lo personal me cobraron el dólar 40 pesos más caro del valor real al dia del pago. Por lo que el valor final fue mucho mayor al acordado al momento de la reserva.

Rescato solo la ubicación. Nada más. Por el mismo valor hay lugares mucho mejores, más limpios y con muchisima...
