On the plus side: The rooms are rather spacious (even the studio) and all have great light with enormous, glass windows. The complex is near a small international grocery store (i.e. Jenny Lou) and within a reasonable walking distance to several small restaurants and eateries, including Ginza Mall and the Dongzhimen Subway Station.
On the downside: The complex has not been well maintained for a long time. There is no one in the main reception, the facilities are non-functional and have been closed down, the hallways are not clean and the place is difficult to locate on Didi (i.e. China's version of Uber/Lyft, etc.) and even if you're walking (unless you have been there before).
