Baifuyi Hotel — Hotel in Beijing

This was my second stay in a month at Baifuyi. The first time was two weeks ago, I took a domestic flight from this hotel to Daxing airport. This time I returned to Beijing from Daxing airport and took an international flight at the capital airport. In short, it is close to both airports in Beijing. It's also close to the city center. I got off the plane just over 2pm and took the subway to the hotel just over 4pm.In the evening, when the traffic is busiest, take a ride to Houhai to have dinner and a night out. The taxi fare is only over 30 yuan a trip, indicating that the road is not far. Back to the hotel at night is by subway. 🚇 On the way we went to the Ginza Mall to buy some fruit 🍎 and drink. it was less than ten o'clock we were back to the hotel. It's as if in this hotel, after getting off the plane, you can enjoy the beauty of Beijing immediately.And this time because we have one more person, five of us. We got an apartment suite. The two-bedroom, three-bathroom suite is newly renovated, well equipped and very clean. There is a large two-door fridge, a fully automatic washing machine, and a microwave and gas oven. There is more than 100 square meters of space for five of us, more than enough.It was originally planned for five people to book two hotel rooms. Now it is more affordable and convenient to book a suite.👍 The rooms all have balconies and large glass flooring, so you don't have to go outside and see the beautiful scenery of Beijing.The excellence of the customer service was also one of the reasons we chose to come back. Jack Fan at the front desk, very aware of the fatigue of the travelers, he quickly completed the check in, so that we can easily get on board.Whether I'm in China or abroad, I prefer to book a hotel rather than a bed and breakfast when I travel. Although the hotel is more expensive, there are strict government regulations on fire prevention, burglary and hygiene. Stay at peace of mind in a hotel. I don't think B & B will tell you about the floor plans and escape routes. But it is a must for all star-rated hotels. The advantages of a bed and breakfast are spacious and convenient. At Baifuyi in Beijing, we enjoyed the delicate luxury of the star-rated hotels and the spacious and relaxing nature...

He expertly handled our reservations and accommodated our special requests with a level of care that is rarely seen.

3.What particularly stood out was Mr. Jack Fan's ability to anticipate our needs even before we expressed them. Whether it was promptly resolving a minor issue or offering thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our stay, Mr. Jack Fan consistently demonstrated an exceptional understanding of customer service. His dedication to his role is evident, and it is clear that he takes great pride in his work.

4.In addition to Mr. Jack Fan's remarkable service, I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff, particularly Mr. Zhao Ze Liang (赵泽亮). His attention to detail ensured that our room was always impeccably clean, and his friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience.

Furthermore, I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Mr. Liao Yihan (廖一航) in the hotel gym. His professional advice and assistance made exercising during our stay a relaxing and enriching experience.

The genuine approach and dedication of the Bai Fu Yi Hotel staff have left a lasting impression on my family. Despite the great distance between our home in Singapore and Beijing, the exceptional service we received made the journey worthwhile.

Baifuyi is a nice hotel located on South Erlizhuang Dongzhimen Street, about a 3 minute walk north of Dongzhimen Outer St and about half a mile east of Dongzhimen Subway station. There are express train and express bus services to and from Beijing Capital Airport at this station.||||The room was nice and large, equipped with a safety deposit box, the bed comfortable, the washroom clean. However I found the room’s electronic Do Not Disturb sign outside the door became unlit sometimes for some unknown reason. The hotel is non-smoking but occasionally there was a strong smoking smell in the hallway. ||||Communication with the hotel staff was often difficult because of the language barrier. Often time a young Russian woman came to the rescue. Her name is Lydia. She speaks Chinese and English. She told me she was from Novosibirsk and had worked at the hotel for a number of years. ||||The TV channels were almost all in Chinese. Google is blocked in China therefore gmail is also not available.||||I found breakfast at the hotel restaurant too pricey. However, there is a Pizza Hut on the corner with Dongzhimen Outer St. Also in the Dongzhimen Subway area there are two McDonalds, a KFC, Auspicious Phoenix bakery across the street from the station, Family Mart and a Chinese food court with many food stalls. At one of the McDonalds I ordered a Big Mac but did not eat it because the meat did not look like beef to me. Language problem prevented me from asking what it was.||||Taxi fare in Beijing consists of a drop fare of 13 yuan + 2.30 yuan per kilometer + waiting time. ||The concierge can arrange a trip for you to visit the Great Wall using their partner...
