Horrible stay, robotic service. 1. Hotel has 3 floors under renovation so rooms are noisy from 9am-6pm2. One of the two elevators is under maintenance. So the only elevator is shared among all guests, house keeping staff, restaurant customers (not a part of this hotel) and construction workers. 3. Receptionist informed me the above issues and proceeded to say if I'm not ok with the condition then he can refund me so I can go elsewhere. The hotel is just at the sides of the town center, 1km walk from Tiyu Xilu station. Once you get to the metro station, that's where all the malls are: Grandview Mall, Taikoo Hui, Teemall etc. it's a good location. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful as always.
