Location on Google maps is wrong. The location is on the spot of 'Jiedeng Duhui Park Front MIX International Lingyu' instead, so look for that.

Very convenient spot! It is located above the A Mall. Just a stone throw away to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Nanyue Wang Museum. In fact, we could see the Nanyue Wang Museum grounds from our room! We visited the museum and it was mentioned that only 1% of the royal grounds were excavated so we might even have stayed in the spot of a royal quarters.

The only issue we had with the room is that the shower drainage is extremely slow. The first person to shower for the day will be okay. The 2nd and third has to crank the shower to the perfect 70% flow for it to drain properly. We notified the reception and were told they fixed it but it persisted. The fridge wasn't cold as well. We booked for 3 but were told that since our room contains 2 double beds, we only get 2 towels, in accordance to how many beds rather than how many people are staying. The lifts moves rather slowly with no AC in it. Lucky the AC in the rooms works well. Just make sure to change the mode to cool rather than the default auto. Breakfast was RMB39 per pax. It was okay. Nothing fancy like an international buffet but it is a good enough spread.

Location wise, excellent. Good connection to the subway (station"Gongyuanqian" 公元前) and to Beijing Road. Not a problem finding food, cafes, shopping malls around. ||||The room was big. I booked a room for 3 persons. There were 2 double beds so technically it can sleep four. There was a study desk, one seater armchair, washing machine, microwave, kitchen sink, fridge, even a message chair (payable). The beds were not big though; we found sleeping two on one bed crammed even though we are Asians and of small build.||||Service was generally good.||||Now for the cons. The room was not very well maintained in our view. A little dusty, a little old. My aunt found a ball of dust when we entered and I sneezed a little due to the dust. Felt my skin itch a bit when we got into bed. WIFI connection was intermittent and generally poor. We had problems getting the TV to work. The soap dispenser wasn't working well. There...

It's a very good hotel. It is nice and well appointed. The location is superb. It is in the "A Mall" building. There are lots of eateries and a metro entrance in the same building. The location on Google Maps is not accurate, Google Maps struggles in China, but it is in the building above exit E of the Gongyuanqian metro station. It's a short walk to Beijing Lu (great shopping and restaurants).

The staff at the front desk was a little overworked while I was there and there was always a long wait at the front desk (it was during Canton Fair). The cleaning staff didn't refresh soap or other necessities when they cleaned. Other than those issues (that I assume only happened because they were overworked for Canton Fair) it was really great. I would stay here again.
