First night I stay at the second floor, at first, it seemed like an OK room, but the longer I stayed I found out that it’s a ventilation is zero there is no wind and the staff say we cannot open the AC because it will only generate heat and the room is going to get hot and hotter after the first night we asked the staff to change her room. We move our room to the seven floor. Your problem will still the same. There is no ventilation we tried to open the window in the room all we see empty space and bad energy. We have to go outside building to get some cold fresh air(meanwhile in the room, there was 28 degree Celsius something) after a long suffering, we decided to go to the lobby on the ninth floor and tell them about the problem they say they can do nothing but they will get us a cooling fan. It is weird to use a cooling fan while outside is very cold.Furthermore upon outing in this hotel, the staff gives us the wrong room type . We stay in the sheep room, but we pay for the expensive one which seem unfair to me when I ask a staff to refund a difference of the room act like they don’t understand . Read moreI have never been in such an unclean hotel before. I was first assigned room 615 but they changed it because I complained to the fact there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and I was breathing in the spores for the whole night. I include the photo I took. I got room 607 afterwards but then the last day when I was supposed to checkout, I hear some weird noise in the room. I open the light and behold. A cockroach strolling and I even saw it flying. While half asleep, I panicked and got to pick up my shoes and left the room to let the reception handle the situation and the guy wanted to offer me a new room upgrade but I refused and wanted him to fix the situation so I can organize my luggage and get out. The receptionist had the audacity to ask via translator: "Do you not dare go back to fetch your luggage?", making it look like it's my problem to handle. If I were a Chinese person, and not a foreigner struggling with the language this wouldn't go by without the whole hotel residents knowing how filthy this place is.
