👍🏻 The location was great if you are coming from the metro, it is literally opposite exit8, but to go to Nanjing road you cannot walk straight, they won't let you cross so you need to walk a bit further to the other junction.

The bed was very soft and they made up the room for us every day as requested, new towel every day as well. and bedsheets were changed every 3 days for us.

The staff was very nice, we asked for more water for free every day and they brought it so quickly. And they helped with the luggages.

The hot water was excellent and the pressure was so strong, the room is warm (good during winter, not sure about summer)

The room was spacious and had many chairs and places to hang clothes.

Next to the mall, but no convenience store near by

👎🏻 If you get a loud neighbor, that could be tough. Also, we heard some noise from the hallway on some nights during our stay, also there was an event going on down stairs so we heard the singing noise during the night.

We got assigned to the room next to the elevator, we could hear the elevator ringing noise every time someone used it.

Our room had window but there was no view , as well as sunlight.

Also I wish we could adjust the AC temp. since it was a little too warm at night but we couldn't find the way, they only have 3 buttons say High, Medium, Low - which doesn't effect much when we change, It's pretty confusing but luckily we went during winter, I think it might be suffering during summer.

The small fridge was not that...

AVOID - Give it a wide berth unless you want to be treated like a thief!

This hotel treat guests like thiefes, even if they are regular guest. Staff was very rude. We have been more than 10 times at that hotel, but this one was definitely the last one! As usually, we have been asked to pay deposit. We gave to the cashier the same payment card as previously (2 weeks before). Cashier said that he cannot accept the card to pay deposit and asked as to give him twice as much money as the total cost of our stay in cash. We hadn't that amount of money with us, but after long discusion, cashier accepted the card. It turned out that we have been charged only for the stay. We thought that this was because we are regular guests of that hotel. Once we reached our rooms, we saw that hotel staff removes everything for the minibar and bathroom! We went to the reception and asked what is going on? We don't even have a bottle of water in our room! Cashier replied in a sneering manner that they removed everything from our rooms because, we haven't paid deposit! I couldn't believe that! I felt like someone called me a thief! I pay in advance 1900 RMB for 3 rooms/1 night, and the hotel staff afraid that I will steal them a can of Fanta or Coke...

Best location and close to Metro line. Highly recommend if you want affordable stay with option to eat out and try local food as this hotel restaurant has limited options. But check out the back streets around the corner from Park Hotel there are plenty options for eating.
