Dumpling rumblings. Yes, the dumplings are good and the prices are reasonable. The location is great yet the restaurant is hard to find despite the super-bright lighting. Cleanliness isn't a top priority and the staff is, hmmm, special. The tabletop is bare except for some utensils, communal sauces and the residue from the previous client's meal. Water and napkins aren't provided nor offered. Our waitress was sullen and unhelpful , bordering on rude.
