CYBO Station — Hotel in Shenzhen

I recently stayed at this hotel for four days and was thoroughly impressed with the service. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make my stay as smooth as possible. During my trip, I ordered several items online and had them delivered to the hotel's locker. However, a few of the parcels were too big to be placed in the locker. And the staff were incredibly helpful—they coordinated with the delivery personnel and ensured everything was sorted out, even getting the packages re-delivered on the same day to the front desk.Another standout moment was when I struggled to order food as a foreigner without a local phone number. The hotel staff stepped in and assisted me with placing my order, making the process so much easier. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference.The hotel’s location is another highlight. It’s very close to a popular shopping street, making it super convenient for exploring the area. That said, the hotel is located next to a main road, and there’s some ongoing railway construction nearby. It can get a little noisy at night, but earplugs easily resolved the issue.There are also great amenities, like free laundry, which came in handy for a longer stay. The only minor drawback was the centrally controlled air conditioning—you can’t adjust the temperature or fan speed, but it didn’t impact my comfort much.Overall, I had a wonderful experience. It is a clean and tidy hotel.Front desk staff: Joe, Jason, Rachel and Yvette are very nice and helpful to provide assistance. When we checked in the hotel, we got 2 free coffee vouchers and redeemed free tasty coffee on the next day.Apart from ordinary hotel service, buffet breakfast and free self-service laundry are available. Hotel guests can make their breakfast reservation before arrival at the Hotel. Both coffee shop and laundry room are located on 13/F. There are both Chinese and English breakfast variations. And I preferred English breakfast.For free self-service laundry, an important issue is to write down your hotel room number on the washing or drying machines after you turn it on.
