I want to sincerely thank all of the staff at Ayearn for making my girlfriend's 25th birthday extra special!Apart from the excellent customer service, smooth check-in process (they understand foreigners' 粤康码 situation), and wonderful environment, this hotel hosts something even more special: its staff's ability to go above and beyond for its guests.When I checked in, I informed the receptionist that this stay was in fact a surprise for my girlfriend's 25th birthday. They asked if I wanted them to decorate the room with their standard decorations and I said yes. We then coordinated over WeChat to find the perfect time to decorate the room during our stay.But there was something else up my sleeve: I had bought some rose petals from a flower shop and asked if they could spread these on the bed and put a gift I prepared on it as well. They agreed and the arrangement was set.Now, before you look at the photos, keep in mind that all I told the hotel staff was to put the rose petals and the gift on the bed. I expected that they would make it look nice, but I didn't know they would go above and beyond they way they did.The photos speak for themselves! Take a look, they spent the extra time to make everything look extra nice and decided where to place the rose petals in the best places. I am very proud of their work and am really glad I chose this hotel for my girlfriend's birthday!Needless to say, my girlfriend was very happy with all of this and I am forever thankful to you all for giving us a wonderful memory.PS: If you intend on doing something similar for your significant other, please purchase and supply the hotel with the rose petals that you want. This is not something they do normally but they can accommodate your request. The other decorations (such as the happy birthday banner, chicks, etc. are all part of their standwrd decoration package). Just had an incredible stay at AYEARN Hotel! This place is absolutely a paradise.From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the modern vibes and sparkling clean spaces. Soaking in that tub felt like a mini spa retreat! Their body products are all Le Labo, a high-end brand that smells absolutely amazing.. Plus, the free soft drinks mini bar, including refreshing sparkling water, was a delightful touch that added to the comfort.I loved having a Nespresso machine in the room, allowing me to carry out my daily coffee routine. There’s nothing like a fresh cup of coffee to kickstart the day! Additionally, the room featured a lovely Chinese tea set, perfect for enjoying a calming cup of tea.The breakfast in the room was a foodie’s dream, setting the perfect tone for the day. Location? Spot on!
