The Butta' Chicken did in fact dance upon my tongue, flavorful with just the right amount of spice. Similarly did the Rogan Josh, but what surprised was the Lotus Root, which, underneath the glaze of the curry could've been mistaken for Lamb. It was the third "Chinese" thing that happened to me today, for the record.
