This is one of the top Cantonese restaurant in Canton. Long history and authentic dishes dim sum. I always have high hopes for them out of respect. And I always amazed they do come out new dishes occasionally. The cheese topping with sticky rice dumpling however, was the biggest disaster of all time. The somehow sweet tasting cheese make it like dessert, mixed with salty based rice, chicken, pork meat resulted in total confusion. I was very hungry on that Saturday lunch, but can only ate half. Don't even bother to take away the leftovers. The wonton noodle took me by surprise that they didn't put any shrimps inside the nicely folded wonton, which do resemble a little gold fish with long tail. Looks good, taste not so.....the desert red bean with old Mandarin peels juice mixed saved the otherwise total failure. That is a must try and pls rinse your mouth to clear the unnecessary residual food taste in mouth . The old Mandarin peels taste is tendly and mild. And they are precious and can be very costly. The Waitress came along, asked my comments, and I gave her the 1/100 of what I thought of the dishes. She wants to make up my experience, sent me a complimentary desert....which is yet another disasterous dish. I wanna ask for refund but it was FREE! So managers and bosses, pls asked yourself: should I give my dissatisfied customer last try? Can I save the day by THIS final try? Or this is the last straw to break the camel's back? I try not to go to this food chain stores in coming 3 yrs. I need time to recover from my experience yesterday, 16th Aug.2025. I will...

The meat is tender on the inside and crispy on the outside with a just right sweet sour sauce to give it the flavor. There are lots of personnel walking around but very few who really help. They might improve on this one. The interior is modern and stylish Outside dining seats...
