Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us!🍽️ Room Service & Integrity:We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action!🎯 Management That Listens:At checkout, Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. Me and my fiancée have been fortunate enough to travel together many hotel locations across the globe, Nuwa Macau is hands down the best hotel we have stayed at. You’re suddenly greeted by a luxurious entrance and the main lobby elegant decor. We recently celebrated my fiancée’s birthday and our engagement at this hotel and for both occasions the staff out did themselves offering complimentary room decorations, cakes and wines to make our special occasions the more memorable. Ms Man and her colleagues were very accommodating and helped us with all our queries in a timely fashion, they helped us with dinner reservations, transport reservations to Hong Kong, Disney land reservations, and also helped us with local itineraries. The views from the suite were breath taking especially during night time with lighting on the Eiffel Tower, Big Ben tower, Venetian Macao, the suite was cleaned twice per day once in the morning and a second time in the evening preparing for bedtime and it was beautifully scented. Everything about this hotel oozed class, a special thanks to the Philippine concierge gentleman Leonardo who always helped us whenever we needed any assistance and always conducted his work with a smile on his face and displayed great friendliness, highlighting how much he enjoyed his job and lastly a big thank you to Arvin, Joseph and Thomas from house keeping for the excellent work during the week. I would say this is by far the most memorable stay I had in Macao!! From the airport our car drop us off directly in front of lobby (apparently not all hotels do). Entering the hotel we were greeted warmly by attentive hotel staffs. Front desk Kurt is a wonderful guy, very helpful and sincere. We needed connecting rooms for a family who also need wheelchair, and he had the guide of his manager Kimon and got us all settled in very comfortably in our rooms. The stunning hotel interior design and serene atmosphere create a balanced retreat from the busy casino crowd! The hotel are spacious, with luxurious amenities, complimentary minibar (with few exceptions), perfect lighting, thick carpet, and oh sooo soft its Simmons bed, the square bathtub, (housekeeping guy Delphin-Ivan meticulously cleaned the rooms!) and the view overlooking Cotai strip Venetian hotel, every detail made my stay an amazing experience! I would love to come back again (other than its so tempting to try many other new hotels in the city) and definitely recommend this Nuwa hotel! Plus I had tried the gym, full range Precor equipment, spacious and clean, good looking trainer there is also helpful. Only downside is operating hours 08:00-20:00 and the outdoor pool looks average so i did not try.
