On our first day, he personally assisted with our luggage and provided a thorough, thoughtful orientation of our room. He took a genuine interest in our travel plans and offered valuable recommendations for our visit.|While such courtesies are certainly appreciated, what truly distinguished Leo's service was his attentiveness throughout our entire stay. Whenever we encountered him in the hotel, he would promptly approach us to inquire if we needed any assistance. He helped arrange taxis for us, and remarkably, he remembered which floor we were staying on, so he would press the elevator button for us. His ability to recognise our names and details of our itinerary, and the warm, personalised greetings he extended each time we met, brought genuine joy to both my spouse and me throughout our stay.|Leo consistently displayed qualities that set him apart: he was swift and efficient, diligent in his duties, always wore a warm smile, and approached his work with infectious enthusiasm. While he appeared to be an experienced professional, his passion and dedication were awe-inspiring and reminiscent of someone just beginning their career with fresh vigour.|Securing and retaining such talented individuals is invaluable to any hotel's success. Starting from the moment we checked in, the entire experience was incredible. The luggage delivery was prompt, and the room itself was spacious and elegantly appointed. The views of the strip overlooking the Venetian, Parisian, and Londoner facades were simply breathtaking.||The hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were well-equipped with comfortable beds. The service was exceptional, beginning with the attentive concierge, Kurt, who went above and beyond to assist us. We received twice-daily room cleaning, a complimentary minibar, fresh fruits, and various other amenities.||The pool service was fantastic, and the breakfast was an absolute delight. They prepared special meals upon request, making it a memorable experience.||The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the strip, and it also offers a wide range of dining options, shops, and entertainment venues. Our experience was nothing short of ... Well ... Amazing. ||Although we had one of the cheapest room we were treated like King or Queen. ||Smooth check-in. We arrived early but still was able to check in. Left our bags. And were messaged once our room was ready. Leaving us free and just returning for our key. ||So pro tip.
