Bo Living 81 — Hotel in Bogota, Capital District

THIS PLACE IS TRASH!! DIRTY APARTMENTS AND DISHONEST MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! FRAUD REPORT FILED! There are plenty of other nice places to stay! ||||I booked an apartment with them for one night. When arriving into the apartment and pulling back the bed sheets there was hair and some other debris all over the bed (some hair looked like pubic hair). It was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I immediately proceeded to the front desk where I informed the receptionist and she changed my room. When checking into the second apartment I checked the bed sheets which also had hair in them. ||||I took videos and pictures of both rooms and showed it to the receptions and advised that I would like to check out, receive a full refund, and find somewhere else to stay. She agreed to the refund and provided me with a letter stating that I would receive a refund within 3 days. ||||I repeatedly followed up with the business regarding the refund and they gave me the run around telling me that there was a delay do to me paying via apple pay and that it was being worked out with the bank. I later found out that this was a lie and that they had never processed the refund. After 9 days of being given the run around they messaged me saying that they are not able to process the refund because the bedsheets weren't made and because I had use the restroom. ||||I did not sure the restroom and if I had so what. Also, they know the bedsheets weren't made because the entire issue was that the sheets were dirty when I pulled them back. I had also provided them and showed them pictures and videos the night of the incident... This made no sense to me.||||I had to file a fraud report with my bank and they are investigating the incident. || ||THIS...

Location is fantastic, the place is spotless with comfortable bedding. However, there were no complimentary toiletries provided, and hot water was only available in the shower. Additionally, the furnishings were made from super budget-quality...

Me parece muy bonito y todo, pero tratan mal a los empleados, un día escuché a una señora gritandole a una camarera porque supuestamente encontró cabello en el piso del baño y la trataba mal que la humillaba diciendole que ella trabaja en un hotel y que podia hacer mas de 20 habitaciónes en 1 dia y que era la unica que ceptaron en ese trabajo y que fue donde el lugar donde hacia las cosas bien etc... Osea la humillaba y no me gustó eso como huésped, aparte le grita feo y es una señora que no respeta y hablando de Dios, me acuerdo que en la biblia dice, respeta al prójimo y te respetarán, no humillar al prójimo y darle buenas motivaciónes, bonito el hotel Pero que asco la gente que...
