I booked with agoda their quote stated my final payment will be 456.933 Colombian pesos upon checking in the receptionist told me taxes were not included in my quote so i ended up paying roughly 85.000 pesos more than expected then we proceeded to our room phone wasn't working so we couldn't communicate with reception later that day toilet got plugged up (btw start eating salad and lots of fiber so you dont run into same situation) i went downstairs brought both issues up to management the housekeeper was standing next to the receptionist hanging out clearly heard about my problem 2 hours later she knocked on my door with a plunger in her hands by then toilet unplugged itself.... next morning we went to the restaurant to have our breakfast only one server some tables weren't cleared in a timely manner so basically we had to make ourselves some room server(guy) totally ignored us after i waved him he offered some eggs that took for ever the bread was as solid as a brick fruit freshness little questionable the issue with the phone was solved on the last night of stay The positive part was the location if you have to do paperwork or attend appointments at any embassy you could walk without the hassle of looking for an uber or taxi Hotel vintage put a lot of effort sanitizing and cleaning the rooms and social areas Staff is always cordial and willing to answer to all inquiries Please hire more staff so you can offer a better...

Today is St. Valentine’s Day and I’d like to reflect on my stay - although I did not stay here on this day, Hotel Vintage staff and managers made it feel like a day of love. From their fast responses via email re:my potential delays in arrival and checkout were the tip of their excellent customer service. My experience at a small, boutique hotel like Hotel Vintage vs a bigger chain name counterpart was hands down simply a superior stay. From providing me a generously comped late check out of an extended 8 hrs (that is not a typo) to providing a departure treat due to running out of a breakfast option are reasons why Hotel Vintage gives boutique hotels that charm, personal touch and dedication to clientele satisfaction and beyond. WARNING - BED BUGS! Stay here at your own risk. We found bed bugs in two seperate rooms (first 502, then 402) upon our arrival. Luckily we found them before staying in the beds. But unfortunately the hotel refused to take any responsibility and claimed the bugs came from our bags. This was not possible as first we had just arrived and kept our bags away from the beds until our checks were complete. They did not offer us a refund despite the bugs still being on the beds, and having photo and video evidence. I would avoid staying here at all costs as it seems unlikely they plan to do anything about the infestation. This was a very stressful situation for us and we left feeling very disappointed after reading lots of positive reviews...
