I have been working out @ Alpha Fit Club for over a year now. CrossFit was never in my path for fitness, but the coaches take the time to get to know and understand your level of strength and ability. My Coaches -Diego (The Best) and Maria Paula are extra attentive and helpful, to my specific needs (even in a group setting). They also speak English. Came in here while in Bogota for a couple of days. Friendly coach who spoke English was refreshing to see, she was super nice and even lended me her jump rope. I was let in to do an “open box” even with class happening — props for that. Plenty of all the usual CF equipment and a lot of space.

My only complain is that the drop-in price, at 45000, is a bit steep for Bogota...
