Hotel Bogotá Expocomfort — Hotel in Bogota, Capital District

I stayed in this hotel for just one night and it was more than enough. The reviews, location not to far to Bogota's airport and the price were the reason to choose this place. The staff was kind and friendly. I was giving a room in the second floor # 204. This room is located almost on top of the reception one flight upstairs and the room has no window, yes no window. And has no closet for you to put your clothes.||But the drop was to find the sheets PLENTY of spots and hair, clear indication that they were not changed. It was disgusting. I honestly was so damn tired to go downstairs and start and argument with the reception people that cornered myself and tried to get some sleep, but the chatting and laughing of the personal in the first floor made it almost impossible. ||Next morning I told the lady in the reception about the nasty filthy sheets who looked surprised and tried to blame the laundry service. But clearly was their own cleaning service fault not to replace the linens after the previous guest left... You just wonder if it is a...

I am currently staying in the Hotel, First on my arrival , and after calling a week ahead, our room was not arranged as requested, One single and one double bed requested , got 3 single beds.||Secound, first and secound day, no regular sugar for our coffee, only diet suger available, scramble eggs burnt, 3 small peaces of fruit served on all the plates until people came down stairs to eat, this very bad health hazzard... Our room had no frige, we had to request that one be placed in room on the first night. No instructions on how to set up in room safe... no laundry bags or idea if they did have this service. The hotel has a few very good employees that helps survice the ordeal, the cost for the room is high compared to the service and area. I expected beter service and caring for this price. It is a great location but the hotel is missing basic amenities. I tried showering at 7am and there was not hot water. I was told to wait. 30 minutes later still no hot water. There was no Shampoo and no towels I'm the room. I had to ask for towels and and shampoo. They told me they do not provide shampoo. There was also mold on the walls by the windows. Even the TV service was in and out. The breakfast was extra, reasonably priced, but basic. If you are just looking for a one night place to crash it is decent enough. I had 2 kids withe so some of the issues I would not want to...
