False advertising. I made the reservation trough Expedia. The website says it accepts payments trough the banks they use. Well, they don’t. I made the payment trough a deposit with Bancolombia and the owner of the account doesn’t have the account authorized for international deposits so they money won’t go to the account unless they go and get it. The Venezuelan guy was extremely nasty with my brother and told him he couldn’t take his bag out if the payment was in cash. The money was already there, he said he wouldn’t go to the bank to ge it, so he had to pay cash or pay the 2 nights he stayed there and leave. After 2 days they came with this issue when the money was there. I followed their information, I asked plenty of times if the account was authorized for international deposits and they said yes. Besides the false advertising, the poor treatment and education, the place wasn’t peaceful at all, if you stay at the rooms closed to reception good luck sleeping, the guy at the reception talks on the phone the whole night super loud. The walls in the bedroom have disgusting marks, the bedrooms have internal windows just in front of the front desk. Very noisy, staff do not respect that you can heard everything while you are resting. I booked for a stablish price, and they charged me different fees. The shower was dirty, towels smelled horrible. The pictures they show are not the real place. I was very sad and upset to have the bad luck to find that place. I am Colombian and Bogota has beautiful and affordable places to stay, but I booked in a rush and I wanted something close to the airport. There is not handicap access, and there is not shuttle. They aren’t professionals after I booked with Expedia they claim upfront money bargain at least one night like a flee market dealer, it’s horrible then I called Expedia and they told me that I should pay once I arrived at the hotel that the credit card is to hold the room. Expedia try to contact them but no one answered to them. Please read carefully all the reviews this is not a good place, how is it that in the same day you go and drop the reservation without attempting to call the customer?
