This hotel would be 5 stars except for one thng missing that is so serious I would never stay here again.

The good things are many. The hotel is clean, stylish, quiet. The mattresses are extremely comfortable. They have a quality restaurant with a breakfast buffet included in some rates. The staff is very friendly and as helpful as they can be.

So what's wrong? THEY WILL BLOCK YOUR VPN. If you use a VPN for privacy and ability to communicate with a corporate network you are going to be very very unhappy. So while wi-fi is free to guests, it is crippled so seriously as to make this hotel a bad choce for a segment of the traveling public.

They also block any adult web sites yet sell adult content (soft core) on their in-room pay per view TV network.

Why, you may ask, do they do such a guest hostile thing? It is not for security or to prevent abuse of their network. It has one function: to prevent guests from streaming movies, sports and entertainment on their own computers. They want to force you to buy entertainment on their pay per view in room network. Their in-room TVs have no HD content and all channels are in Spanish.

What would otherwise be an excellent hotel is for me ruined by their investment in a device designed to make them more money by limiting my access to an open and...

The room I got looked more like a road motel room. The hotel outside the rooms is beautiful and well maintained, but I cannot say the same about the room I stayed for two nights. Absolutely deceitful compared with the rooms shown in their pictures. I am also including a picture of the room key card: old and dirty; I asked the girl for the card sleeve but she told me they do not use them anymore for sustainability reasons. The breakfast was good, they have coffee, hot chocolate but no hot water for tea. I asked for hot water, and had to remind the girl about the water which finally came after I had finished my breakfast. The employees look like young students but they are very polite. I sent an email and received a reply from Paola Lorena Rodriguez (Booking Executive) confirming that the room was the Superior Room I had booked, which was not, and if I wanted to change I had to request it at the moment I checked in, which I did, but the receptionist told me she will do it but charging me more money. Location is very good, I had stayed in this hotel once before, and had a better experience but sadly I cannot ...

Las fotos de internet no corresponden a la realidad! El edificio es bonito por fuera pero necesita una buena reforma por dentro. Reservamos una suite superior y esto es lo que recibimos…La nevera no funcionaba, toallas súper viejas, los armarios viejos y rotos, el agua se salía de la ducha…Erika la recepcionista nos dijo que no tenían Smart TV, algo incomprensible en un 4 estrellas. Comunicamos que estábamos decepcionados con la habitación y que no era lo que habíamos comprado por booking y nos cambiaron al día siguiente a una junior que decían que era mejor, (?) la realidad es que ni la caja fuerte cerraba bien, la habitación es más espaciosa pero extremadamente antigua, deteriorada, el agua de la ducha se sale y encharca todo el suelo del baño, el cabezal de la ducha está medio roto y el agua no cae bien, no nos llegó la señal del wifi en ninguno de los dos ordenadores durante todo el día. La televisión resulta que al final era smart pero no tiene Disney, ni netflix ni Amazon prime tan solo YouTube, (?) pero ni eso, no se conectó a internet ninguno de los dos días en las distintas habitaciones, por lo tanto, no se pudo usar, mi pareja no pudo trabajar, la señal del wifi no llegaba y tuvo que cancelar videollamadas de reuniones de trabajo. Estuvimos sin TV y sin WIFI. Subieron a intentar solucionarlo sin éxito, dijeron que iban a arreglarlo y subían de nuevo a la habitación pero estuvimos más de 2horas esperando a que subieran. Llamé por teléfono a recepción y Monica me dijo que enseguida subían que estaban haciendo un check in. Entonces continué esperando. No subieron, no avisaron que no iban a subir y estuvimos esperando por un total de 4 horas sin poder ducharnos ni dormirnos por si acaso llamaban a la puerta. Tampoco ofrecen agua de cortesía en la habitación, cuando la solicité me subieron una jarra de agua del grifo ( en un hotel de 4 estrellas ) pero sin vasos, cuando me entregó un joven la jarra le pedí vasos, pero nunca subió a dármelos. Cuando bajamos mi pareja y yo a comunicarlo no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución. Hemos pagado 2 noches y estamos sin TV, sin internet y en habitaciones que dan miedo de lo antiguas y deterioradas que están. Cuando pedimos una solución no nos dieron ninguna. Aún comunicando lo de los vasos de nuevo, nunca los subieron. A la mañana siguiente el agua no salía caliente, nos duchamos pero no me pude lavar el pelo porque estaba tibia. Encontramos una araña gorda y negra, adjunto foto. Nos sentimos estafados, son amables, pero ineficientes. El desayuno es bastante flojo, 4 cosas y todos los días lo mismo, no hay ni cruasanes, el café , capuccino, latte..hay que pagarlo extra a no ser que...
