We stayed one mth at the hotel and the staff made us feel very welcomed and at home. When it was my birthday the front desk receptionist “ Dany” organised a memorable day with a home cooked breakfast, with birthday cake including decorations for our room.||The room was comfortable with 1 full bathroom and an extra toilet which came in handy. The cleaning ladies especially “ Yaqaline” did a great job and always left the room clean.||It was a pet friendly hotel with a park opposite the hotel which was fantastic for both the kids and your pets.||Carulla - supermarket was a couple of blocks within walking distance where you could find all of your needs.||During my staff if I needed anything “ Dany” would use his meticulous organisational skills and make it happen. ||On my first morning I told “ Dany”that I liked an expresso in the morning and after that day I was welcomed with my morning expresso. A great detail that “Dany” told the restaurant staff and made sure I received.||On my day of departure everything ran smoothly and according to schedule due to “ Dany’s” diligence in organising my transport from the hotel to the airport as well as helping with my 8 suitcases. ||I recommend this hotel for its efficient, friendly staff...

I arrived at the hotel as an expat with my wife, and we I booked for a beautiful apartment with extremely beautiful view, windows from kitchen to Livingroom and bedroom, a balcony and GYM. And when we arrived none of those were actually true. They should treat us as VIP clients since we were booked for a month, by one of their biggest housing accounts but that was not the case. We really hate the room they initially give to us. I talked with sale director and he offered me to verify my booking with the company that arrange the temporal housing, but he says the room we originally choose might generate additional cost at is not available until 10 more days. ||||The service was the worst I ever experience, and I use to travel a lot to Colombia so I’m aware of how they are, the front-desk guys were always very rude, they comply about policies I never sign, and I was not aware of them, the only person that was kind with us was the lady who clean our room.||||At the end we were relocated to another hotel, by the same price, as beautiful as we request, with awesome view, GYM, Laundry. The staff were very nice and helpful. On the first evening I complained that the mattress was too hard. Next morning it had a pillowtop on it. We needed and iron and within half an hour we had an iron and ironing board. Lady making eggs at breakfast very pleasant as were the maids.||||Hotel is in a safe area of nice similar properties and upscale apartments. Close to Farmatodo, Carulla and a host of restaurants and shops.||||Breakfast was included in the price of the room, and it was plentiful and always good.||||Only negatives was the bed had legs that were basically blocks of wood at each corner. A real toe killer so be careful. Room on 3rd floor a bit noisy but was very nice and warm. Need to put a larger soap in bathrooms and our room had alighting in the bathroom that made it hard to shave or put on makeup. Room had an electrical wire glued to the wall with caulking and a few small details that take away from what is an otherwise splendid little hotel.||||I will stay there again in the future...
