Another great bakery in Bogota with fresh sourdough bread, a great selection of foods and a bright interior (+ a nice outdoor patio).

I’ve been to this Masa multiple times and really like it for their food and atmosphere - both for breakfast or lunch. It’s one of the nicest Masa locations I know and has lots of seating and is always bustling with people.

I would give it 4 stars, just because there’s a few things that could be improved. The main thing is service. Despite seeming to have a lot of staff, it takes a long time to order and sometimes we had to ask multiple people before someone took our order. And no one comes by again to ask if you want any additional food or drinks, even if you’ve been sitting there with empty drinks or table for a while. Usually I don’t care so much, but I really noticed it here.

Regarding breakfast, I really like the shakshuka (with an extra order of bread) and the avocado toast. The pancakes looked really nice as well. I tried the French toast - it was ok, but not my favorite. When it comes to drinks, their coffee is good, but their almond milk isn’t the best. It was foamy, but it made the coffee a bit bland in my opinion. Aside from that, I can highly recommend everything from their bakery. The bread is...

Luego regresó y me preguntó: “¿Qué hacemos?

I saw the raving reviews about the croissants so I decided to stop by. This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I asked for ONE CAPPUCCINO AND ONE ALMOND CROISSANT. A very simple order

For some reason, the waitress forgot or thought it was a good idea to ONLY bring out the coffee. Cool whatever. I waited 20 minutes, and she never came back to the table. I needed sugar for my coffee and I got irritated so I got up. When I got up I saw she was BARELY heating up the croissant in the cafe area and that point I was fed up so I told her to cancel my order since I didn’t even drink my coffee and it was already cold, had no sugar and she was barely heating that croissant up.

It seems they only had 2 waitresses doing everything. Which is fine but at least bring my order together and don’t make a customer wait so long for something so simple. Thank goodness I didn’t order something off the kitchen menu Jesus that would have been a disaster. Honestly go...

Update: The last two visits have been an experience declining in overall satisfaction. Ordering is slow, food is delivered after a long while and hot beverages are not that hot. Pastries are just warm. The reason? There are just like 6 waiters for 100 people. Absurd. So if you go expect it to be a long wait to get your food. To get things worse, food is not as good as it used to be and more expensive. We are not planning to return. We better risk going somewhere else than visit again and go through the same not-so-good experience. Anlong time ago: As good as Masa 81. Service was excellent. We had a great breakfast. It would be nice to serve a more generous sauce serving with breakfasts. Ours were a little less saucy than before. Other than that, all was great.

I’ve been a big fan of this place but this last time we went, service was extremely slow :/. After waiting around 45 mins to get seated we had to wait for more than one hour for our dishes (they forgot our order) and they all came at different times. While the breads and most of their dishes are good, the coffee is pretty bad Edit: came back yet again to give them another chance but the service was still very poor. Long waits, rude waiters, very expensive and poor management not supporting their workers. Would not recommend it. Rather go to an Artesano Crepes & waffles for the same vibe, better prices, more options and better waiters
