Hotel ML Boutique — Hotel in Bogota, Capital District

The worst hotel in Bogota. I was given a room with out a lock and so could not go for a walk leaving my luggage. I paid for 2 nights in advance, after discovering that it does not have a lock, I told him that I will stay one night and give me back the second night that I paid. He said No. He gave me the worst dinner and charged me 3 times the regular meal. It is not a hotel, it is like a jail and the receptionist is there to rip tourist off. It certainly...

we fisrt experience with this hotel was start bad. Then take out our payed reservation and cancelling without our confirmed action and the General manager Luisa says that they are the owners and cancel any reservation they have. They do not respect the contract and the booking we made it with Expedia and do not respect the offer they public on search sites. I hope no body pass same like us, because they leave a partner without hotel, less than 24 hours...

Hola! Just want to say that hotel Boutique is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at here in Columbia. The staff here is amazing Luisa, Francisco, Jenifer came to my rescue when I lost all my Id’s and phone!
